Getting Around:
This home is a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurants and shops of downtown North Conway. 10-12 minute drive to the closest grocery store and drug stores.
Other Things to Note:
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens (please avoid letting dogs on the beds), wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.
FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.

Great space, Hot tub Fail, Flies everywhere & poor upkeep
We stayed at this house with a group, and while the layout & size were a good fit, several major issues made our stay disappointing- starting with the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons we chose this property over others, but it was filthy when we arrived and completely unusable until the 4th night of our 5-night stay. We reported it right away, but it wasn’t addressed until later in the trip, which was a huge letdown.In addition, the trash stored in the garage was already overflowing when we arrived, and the house was full of large garbage flies. We spent much of the trip swatting them away from our faces & food & killed around 30 over the course of our stay. This too was reported on day one, but not resolved until much later. Other maintenance & cleanliness issues included:– A screen door to the porch hanging off its hinges. We pushed it aside & never used it. – A loose stair railing cap that would pop off when touched, posing a safety concern for my elderly mother– One interior door handle that was loose– A loud, generator-like rattling sound from the downstairs HVAC unit one night- next to the bedroom. – A hornet nest inside an electrical outlet on the porch– An extremely dirty grill that required thorough cleaning before use– Melted plastic cups in the cabinet, which people likely put in the dishwasher.This property has potential and the space worked well for our group, but the lack of upkeep and slow response to issues made the stay far less enjoyable.

Since your stay, our team has made significant improvements: the hot tub is now professionally serviced on a weekly basis during the summer and inspected before every arrival to ensure it’s ready for future guests, the garage trash system has been updated to prevent overflow, and a deep clean was done to eliminate flies. We also repaired the screen door, secured the stair railing, replaced loose hardware, and removed the hornet nest. The grill has been thoroughly cleaned, and kitchen items have been refreshed. We’re glad the space worked well for your group and would love the opportunity to host you again under much better conditions.
