La Carasse, is a pretty modern house, located in a recent residential district.
Functional and luminous, La Carasse has a wooden terrace sheltered from the glances.

The house, with an area of 65 m2, is composed as follows:

- On the first floor, you will find a very bright living room opening onto the terrace, sofa, TV, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, separate toilet.

- The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), another bedroom with two single beds (90x190) ideal for children and an adjoining bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

The garden has a wooden terrace with garden furniture (4 chairs and a table), a plancha is also available.

The house benefits from 2 private parking spaces (outside) and a bicycle room is also available.

The beds will be prepared with high quality sheets. You will also be provided with towels with some tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher to start your stay. Toilet paper and cleaning products will be at your disposal.
