What an amazing location!!! The host is exceptionally nice and helpful, the accommodations are comfortable and well-located, and the surrounding area has so many amazing food options. We enjoyed our 8 day stay at this property immensely!

Quaint Getaway

Staying here was a great experience. Great location and reasonable walking distance to many of the iconic monuments (1hr to Eiffel tower). Amazing restaurants within a few blocks.

A wonderful location

The area is very vibrant in the evenings as would be expected in an area with many college and university students. There are numerous places to eat, but our personal favorite has to be Otto.

Perfect location

Great little apartment in a perfect location. Within walking distance to most places in the center of Paris but you don’t even have to leave the area as there is so much right outside your door! A block or so from Rue Moufftard means there is plenty to explore very close by. Great experience!

This is a great location but not as advertised. The beds and bedding were the most uncomfortable ever experienced and not clean. The place was dirty and the walls are paper thin. For the price paid, it was not worth it. It was so bad that after one night, I rebooked for the rest of our week long stay at a hotel. Cost me a fortune but I wanted to salvage the trip. The place might be fine for a 20 something couple but then it should be half the price! I have stayed in Paris many times. This was a great disappointment.

Not ideal for 4 people

Phillippe was very nice and responsive, and the neighborhood was nice. Unfortunately, the stairs were very difficult to get up, and with four people in the apartment we could barely open a suitcase. On one occasion I closed the door while my kids were sleeping and my husband and them got in locked in because of the deadbolt security system. Philippe was very quick to respond but we found it disturbing. Also, the neighborhood was very loud and we could hear everything within the aparment complex. I smelled smoke on the towels and the apartment did not feel clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the apartment as a whole was overpriced. We enjoyed the neighborhood and Phillippe was very cordial and pleasant, but we would not return.
