We respectfully disagree with this review. We informed you in advance of the delayed check-in due to exceptional public transport disruptions and kept you updated throughout. Our guest assistant also carried your luggage to the apartment. Throughout your stay, you expressed that you were happy with the apartment and with everything we did to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is accurately described, and the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all other amenities were fully operational. We regret that your review does not reflect your experience

Pros: Very nice location with easy public transportation access, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy to navigate through Paris as the property locations is great. The A/C was great to have and the water pressure on the shower was very good.Cons: Pillows were terrible and need to be changed. The sofa bed is peeling and in poor conditions. There was a ventilator (fan) on the picture of the listing that was nowhere to be found. There was no Wi-Fi. I talked with the host over the phone and asked for the Wi-Fi and he said he will provide me with the information via email. I never received any emails. I sent the host 2 messages through the VRBO app and both messages were ignored. Communication was just bad.Overall, experience was just ok and the reason for not giving lower score is mainly because of the location and the A/C. But communication was unacceptable. Host shouldn't be ignoring messages.

Nice place in the 6th arondissement

Comfortable 2nd floor apartment. Very clean & well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Written Instructions on using the washing machine, cook top and microwave would be helpful. Convenient to metro & bus system. AC was great!

This apartment was located in a great area. We were 20 minutes from anything we wished to see or do. My work was five minutes away. The apartment is large enough for two people to be comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. There was a washer/dryer in the unit's kitchen, and the kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The bathroom had been upgraded, and the water was immediately hot with good pressure.This apartment is technically on the 2nd floor, but that means three flights of stairs for those reading this with heavy luggage. We were met at the apartment by a representative of the landlord and shown the apartment's details. We did not use the TV, but it did appear to work. We used the WiFi, but it was extremely slow. We did not use the air conditioner, but there may be an issue: there was extensive mold damage on the wall beneath the unit, and the paint was peeling from the wall. The heat worked well. The floor-to-ceiling window in the front opened to the street, which was great for watching the neighborhood. The other windows also opened for ventilation.There is a pull-out couch that we did not use. This couch needs to be replaced as the exterior is heavily damaged. The rug on the living room floor was also not clean. The apartment could have used a thorough, detailed cleaning. The building was very quiet. We felt safe in the building and in the neighborhood.

The air conditioning works just as well as the heating system. The wall you mentioned is currently being repainted. Lovely flat with a great location right off a main blvd. Everything was as described and we had a great time. A heads up, it is three flights up, so it would be difficult for somebody with mobility issues.

Excelente ubicación de un bonito apartamento

Cómodo apartamento, situado en un muy buen sitio del centro de París, a dos pasos del Panteón y muy cerca de los jardines de Luxemburgo. Cocina pequeña, está bien pero le falta algún cubierto para cocinar más cómodamente. Buen detalle del propietario teniendo cosas básicas, cómo aceite, sal, azúcar, café.. Buena comunicación con el propietario. Lo único malo es qué no tiene ascensor y subir con maletas cuesta un poco. Un placer haber pasado una buenas vaciones en París.
