Good location. Quirky, but not particularly comfortable

We enjoyed our time in Florida. The villa is well located, close to amenities and the Disney parks etc. The internal pictures are representative of the general cleanliness and it has a lot of positives. The Management company are quick to respond to messages, (we had a power cut whilst we were there and they spoke to the electric provider and kept us updated), we were able to easily request a late check-out, which was handy. Having said this, the pool area is in need of a little TLC, with grass and weeds coming through the rather drab grey tiles, so of which were loose. The sun loungers were uncomfortable, with mold on the bottom, so we had no real desire to sit outside and relax. In fact, there was no where particularly comfortable to actually relax whilst there, other than our beds. We couldn't sit outside and have a nice meal for example, as the outside table and chairs provided were very low, with a wobbly table and not suitable to sit and have a meal at. Inside, the sofas and dining chairs were very uncomfortable, so we spent a lot of time just in our rooms on our beds, whilst at the property, which was a bit of a shame. The family bathroom bath could do with a refresh, or being replaced as it wasn't inviting. I also understand that the property doesn't provide certain things in the kitchen for guests, but I struggle to understand why a couple of cloths and some kitchen surface cleaner couldn't be provided, or some oil, salt and pepper for cooking for example. There are a lot of positives for this property, but if we were to return to Florida, we wouldn't stay in this villa again unless they resolved some of these issue to make it a little more comfortable.

Thank you for staying with us. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in the vacation rental and loved the cleanliness of the place! However, we're sad to hear that you were not able the deck as much, rest assured that we have cleaned out the pool deck and made sure that there are no weeds or grass growing out in between. For the sun loungers, patio tables and chairs, and family bathroom, these have all been reported to the owner for him to take into consideration. Nice home

We felt it would sleep 6 comfortably. The twin beds made noise whenever you moved. Found sugar ants in kitchen. Great location and friendly neighbors.
