Fully air-conditioned space including high-end sleeping arrangements for 12 adult guests (up to max 15 including children): incl. 2.5 open kitchens, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 15m swimming pool, sauna, dedicated cinema room with 4m screen, sports room, office and triple living room w opens on a 120m2 terrace & BBQ and an expansive view on the mountains. Includes an independent studio w kitchenette and a kids playroom (with infant beds and changing tables). Weekly cleaning is included for all rentals on Thursday or Friday (except for rentals 7 days or less).

The space
250m2 of indoor/outdoor space on the 1st floor, with high quality sound-system, and another 200 to 300m2 indoor/outdoors space around the pool for leisure lounging and family get togethers.

Maximum number of guests allowed: 12 adults, or 15 people incl. children.

Roquefort les pins is a quiet village 15/20m from Antibes, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Grasse, Villeneuve Loubet and 25m from Nice and Cannes. The village includes all amenities including supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations and restaurants.

This fully-equipped modern Villa (2019) is situated in a residential neighborhood surrounded by forest / hills - from which there are great hikes, with views on the the mountains and the Riviera coast.

Guest access
Private villa with automated gate, full fencing and several outdoor security cameras. Parking on site includes parking for 5 cars, including 2 covered parking with EV charging.

Access to the villa though secure gates.

Roquefort les pins is a charming village in the hills and forest, with easy access to the main coastal highway (10m).

Fiber internet connection with a new 2024 indoor + outdoor WIFI.

We have a large Weber BBQ and provide a tank of gas with every rental. Please note: we do not guarantee that BBQ will be perfectly clean. Our cleaning team burns all residues and scrapes the grill - but simply do not guarantee that the BBQ will be perfectly clean.
