The welcome starts at the entry with comfy chairs just before a wide staircase that leads up to the pool deck and front door. Just inside the front entry, you are greeted with a large open floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has recently updated appliances and is fully stocked for the family chef. The kitchen also features a large island and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 along with a breakfast table that can seat 4 more people.

The family will love spending time together in the main living room. The living room has a large comfy sectional and 2 additional chairs in front of the large flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry room, wet bar, and powder room bath in this area. Additionally, two of the home’s 6 bedrooms are located on the main floor. The first of which is a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, full shower, and patio doors to the pool deck. Just across the hall is the master suite also featuring a king bed, large chairs, access to the pool deck, and a large en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower and dual sinks.

Just upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms and another living room. This additional space allows everyone to spread out or come together, whichever you’d like. The first guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. The next guest bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. This king bedroom also contains access to a patio overlooking the pool. This side covered porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and ocean breeze. The pool deck has a large pool with an attached spa which can be heated separately. There is an elevator available as well. 20 Egret has a large garage with a ping pong table and an extra refrigerator to keep all your beverages cold during your stay. Coligny Plaza is a short 3-minute bike ride away and the beach is even closer.
