Dock Rules

-Dock is typically accessible mid-April through mid-October (water levels fluctuate).
-Life jackets are required for all children and non-swimmers.
-No diving or horseplay from the dock.
-Boats and paddleboards must be securely tied up after use.
-A 100-foot no-wake zone must be observed around the dock and shoreline.

Fireplace Rules

-Main level fireplace is wood-burning. Do not use if exterior temp is above 55
-Firewood is not provided—available locally.
-Ensure damper is open before lighting.
-Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish fully before sleeping or leaving the house.
-Terrace-level fireplace is electric, operated by remote.

Bunk Bed Rules

-Top bunks are for guests ages 6+ only.
-No jumping, climbing, or hanging from the beds.
-Use ladder only to access top bunks.
