Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! A $150/dog pet fee applies. Please indicate the number of pets at the time of booking.

Rental Agreement & Security Hold
A signed rental agreement and security hold are required. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Pool Heat Details
Pool heat is available October–May at $150/night and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool will be heated to approximately 85 degrees. Please note: if overnight temperatures fall below 40°F, it may not be possible to maintain full heat.

Pool Maintenance
The pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Guests will also have access to a skimmer and robot vacuum for touch-ups between cleanings.
