This unit has a magnificent Gulf front view so you may enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony. Located on the fourth floor, this one bedroom, two bathroom condominium features a spectacular seascape view of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished with a King bed in the master suite, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the condominium accommodates up to six guests. A fully-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals when you are not dining out in one of the popular local restaurants. For your entertainment, this condominium also comes with a 2 TVs 2 DVD’s, a VCR, and a CD stereo system. You will receive your arrival information via email. Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
