It's a private walled patio with a table and four chairs, which is perfect for dining al fresco or sipping a cocktail after a day of golf or sunning on the beach. Inside, there's a dining area for two and a kitchenette area with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice bucket and toaster. The bathroom has been updated with a gorgeous granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer area is just down the hall.
