Welcome to our remodeled SEAGRAPE home. This Beach Front home is located in the quaint and quiet town of Indian Shores. Enjoy Direct Views of the Beach, Gulf of Mexico from your Private covered Gazebo! You are a few steps to the beach. Our PRIVATE SEAGRAPE beach home offers 3 bedrooms. This is a ranch home with only 1 step! There is also a reading room for you to enjoy views of the ocean and read a favorite book!
Sleeping accommodations includes 3 bedrooms-- a Master king size bed, queen size bed and twin bunk beds (kids only). Both the Master bedroom and "kids" twin bed enjoy a partial view of the ocean The "kids room" offers two bunk beds both with a twin on the upper bunk (ideal for younger kids under 10 years old) and one of the bottom bunk. This property is ideally suited for 2-4 adults plus 2 kids (kids twin bunk beds).
There are 2 fully remodeled bathrooms - the master and guest bathroom. The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower and large vanity. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower. We offer linens, hair dryer, 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and travel size soaps/shampoo for our guests to enjoy!
The newly remodeled spacious kitchen offers all the modern amenities including a dining area for 6. There is also a laundry room conveniently located next to the kitchen.
There is also very spacious family room plus an extra reading room and private gazebo to enjoy the beautiful ocean views!
This home provides ample private parking for 2 cars/SUVs, beach chairs and BBQ outdoor grill with utensils. Perfect for families!
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. .
Great location within walking distance to 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace's to name a few.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 2 cars and 6 guests (max of 4 adults and 2 kids- we consider guests of all ages in our guest count). There are extra guests fees ($50 daily per guest) for guest occupancy over 6 with a maximum of 8 guests. Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property. Please read house rules for additional policies. We look forward to having you as our guest. We do confirm all guests before you check in!

We love Indian Shores! It is a quiet and quaint city without all of the congestion of the bigger beach areas. Indian Shores is a part of the barrier island located 20 minutes from Tampa. The origin of the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks name is unknown but the pioneer settler Harvey K. Hendrick, who arrived in this area in 1890 remarked, "I liked the place, I thought it was the most beautiful place on God's green footstool.
We just purchased Seagrape in January 2020 because we wanted a PRIVATE get away for our family and friends. There are 2 private single family homes on this property:
19808 is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath.
19806 is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with a private pool.
We do rent both properties together for large family gatherings up to 18 guests including adults and kids.
Seagrape is considered a historic home in Indian Shores. It was featured in a film, In the Line of Duty. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. This is the first time this property has been put on the vacation rental market. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
