Our 3 character gîtes HARMONY, ARTY and AUTHENTIC labeled 4 Epis Gîtes de France and 3* Furnished tourist accommodation are located in a typical Bessin stone farmhouse and fully equipped in a spirit of welcome, conviviality, comfort and relaxation . The natural and bucolic environment is conducive to rest.
Each cottage has a private terrace with dining area, rest area, parasol and barbecue. The landscaped park with its apple trees is bordered by a magnificent avenue of century-old lime trees. The large gazebo garden with its vegetable garden offers a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the river. Also take advantage of the fitness room and sauna at your disposal.
Within the Domaine de Houtteville, the ARTY gîte (4 people max.) in triplex is located in the typical Norman farmhouse. This house with two floors combines careful decoration and the charm of beams and stone. The cottage is fully equipped for holidays as a couple, with family or friends.
The ARTY gîte is located near the two other gîtes on the property (HARMONY and AUTHENTIC) and can be booked simultaneously for a maximum capacity of 16 people.
