A modern apartment among some of the city's finest neoclassical buildings. My home is situated right in the centre of Paris and is ideal for families or a group of friends.

Just steps away from Place d'Italie and near by the 5th touristic arrondissement, this modern apartment located on the ground floor is fully furnished with all the modern amenities expected for a comfortable stay. These include an open living concept with a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating and a dining table that can fit until 8 people. A fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob -- please feel free and enjoy the complimentary tea and Nespresso pods available as well.

The master bedroom comes with a double-sized bed and a private washbasin, while the secondary room has two single beds. The third room has a queen size bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed as well for an additional two guests. Hotel quality sheets and linens are also provided. All rooms are located on the courtyard side, you will be able to enjoy silence and also the curtains and the shutters will provide the darkness needed for comfortable nights.

The two bathrooms come with either a shower or a tub. Also, you will have 2 separated toilets -- fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided at your convenience.

Come and discover the XIIIth arrondissement! With its original urbanism, the neighborhood is currently expressed in the project "Paris rive gauche", initiated with the construction of the national library of France, emblematic place of the XIIIth arrondissement. Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, historical district of the city of Paris, look up, you will discover any kind of drawing or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough there are several wall paintings that have been approved by the authorities and realized by international artists claiming street art. In the evening, the Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place, ideal for a meal or an aperitif! How can we not talk about the XIIIth without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of culture of this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping, it is one of the cheapest in Paris.

The nearest Metro stations to my apartment are Glacière, 300 meters (Line 6), Corvisart (Line 6), Place D'Italie (Line 5,6,7) and Les Gobelins (line 7)

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
