The villa is ideally located on the hill overlooking the magnificent fine sandy beach, bordered by Pinarello pines. (After a few minutes of a pleasant walk through a pine forest and along a pond)



Luxury villa, single-storey, welcoming and comfortable.



Its bay windows offer you the possibility of being inside outside, and open onto a very beautiful and large terrace. All rooms have access to the outside with a personalised space.

The heated swimming pool is lined with sun loungers and various other spaces, a lounge and a six-seater jacuzzi.



The living space consists of a large room in which you will discover the open kitchen, dining room and large living room, bordered on either side by two distinct sleeping areas.



Each night space consists of two rooms separated by a bathroom with a walk-in shower for one, a bathtub for the other, and a toilet.



You also have an independent toilet area in the living space.



The rooms are of identical sizes and all have a large walk-in wardrobe.



The villa has fibre optic internet, which provides a Wi-Fi connection with good and consistent bandwidth.



The residence is located in a very peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing and family holidays.



The Pinarello Bay offers many possibilities, particularly for water sports, and constitutes an interesting starting point for boat rentals.

You are also well-positioned for all other activities such as discovering natural pools, mountain walks notably the Bavella Peaks located less than an hour from the residence.



The other beautiful Corsican beaches, such as Saint-Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia are also easily accessible.



The marine village of Pinarello, with its restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, is just a few minutes' walk away, a pleasant place for your summer evenings.



You are 5 minutes by car from Sainte-Lucie and all amenities (shops, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy) and less than 20 kilometres from Porto-Vecchio



Our vision of ecotourism is also reflected in our desire not to constrain our holidaymakers to travel on weekends. Therefore, you are not required to book from Saturday to Saturday, nor for periods of 7 days.

Travelling during the week offers numerous advantages: there are fewer people on the roads and in public transport, the price of plane or ferry tickets is significantly cheaper, and we are less under pressure to welcome you, taking the time to listen to you.
