Willkommen in unserem Zuhause! Bewundern Sie von Ihrer überdachten Veranda aus die Schönheit des Ozeans. Ein schöner, breiter Sandstrand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand und eine Außendusche. Wenn Sie ein Frühaufsteher sind, können Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Deck trinken und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Atlantik beobachten, ein atemberaubender Anblick. Beobachten Sie das Spielen der Delfine und das Aufsteigen der Pelikane - wie können Sie hier keine Entspannung finden?

Wir haben ein Parkhaus direkt unter der Wohnung für zwei Autos, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass Ihr Auto in der heißen Sonne backt. Da wir uns im ersten Stock befinden, müssen Sie Ihre Koffer und Ihr gesamtes Essen nicht zu weit schleppen. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über Corian-Arbeitsplatten, einen glatten Herd, Pergo-Bodenbeläge, einen schönen Kamin, Smart-TVs mit Flachbildschirm, einen DVD-Player sowie alle Küchen- und Haushaltsgegenstände. Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen ist Ihr Essen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Wir haben viele Bücher für Ihren Genuss.

The property usually Would have been nice. However, it was rented to us when beach renovation and construction was being completed just outside the window all day and all night. We had to move locations. It shouldn't have been rented during this time. The property manager helped is to find another location that was nice after calling repeatedly . She was helpful. However, we lost a day and a half and gained a night with no sleep. Not a restful vacation

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels provided were high quality, the condo was extremely clean and the view and location were both fantastic. We hope to stay again in the future.

The condo was awesome. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Fort Fisher. Quite beach area. Enjoyed my morning walks on the beach. Master bath shower didn’t drain well but didn’t really matter to us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay at 302 Ocean Dunes was fantastic!! Kudos to David and AJ for coming to the rescue for a TV and sink issue. Two areas of concern:1. There were two chairs outside the front door. I sat on one of the chairs to put my shoes on and it collapsed (rusted away) sending me to the deck and breaking the other rusted chair. I suffered an abrasion on my ankle, but it could have been worse!2. The linens (sheets) and towels were OK, not great. Would recommend an upgrade!

Loved to location and how close the beach was. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sun rise and drinking our morning coffee. I enjoy surf fishing and for a first this year I caught 5 sand sharks. Another first, I use a 2-hook leader when fishing and caught 2 fish at one time. A-1 Property Management was there immediately to correct an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. It was replaced resolving the issue. We will be returning to this unit for future stays. David and his staff are always gracious and willing to help "personally" and professionally any way they can.

Beautiful Location & Condo

Received a call upon arrival that the washer was broke & if necessary, we would need to call to have someone pick up our dirty laundry until the washer could be fixed/replaced. We received no updates all week on the status of the washer. Tried to call the management once to get clothes washed and was unable to get through until the following day- Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience. The dryer also did not work, so we were unable to even dry the small amount of towels provided/swimming gear we brought. Shower drain in master bath clogged up/drained very slowly frequently. These weren’t issues enough for us to not enjoy our vacation. We loved watching the sunrises each morning & the convenience to the beach and pool. The private beach entrance was great so that the beach wasn’t overcrowded where we were. House was super clean & supplied well! We would definitely recommend this condo, just wish the washing machine would have worked (but I know things happen) or the communication regarding the issue would have been better! Also, watch out for other guests using your trash can because it’s right below the steps- we had several bags in our trash that were not ours.

This condo was very clean, in very good condition and had the most dishes I've ever had in a rental! Had every pot, pan, and baking item you would need as well as extra storage containers that were very useful. The beach view was unobstructed and the balcony was larger than usual. The beach access was maybe 50 ft from the bottom of the stairs at the parking area, very close, and the outdoor shower was handy. The storage area in the carport was also very handy so you don't have to lug chairs, umbrella, etc up any stairs. The water temp in the pools, outside and inside, was cool but we visited first week of June so not terribly hot yet. The indoor pool and larger outdoor pool are about a one-quarter/ one-third mile walk or drive. We were very pleased with the unit and location.

We spent a relaxing week at beautiful, uncrowded Kure Beach. Even though the fish were not biting in the surf, we loved the beautiful wide beach that is in front of this lovely condominium complex. I will definitely rent it again this year.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but make sure you bring your own soap/body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I think it has been 30-40 years since I've been in a rental vacation unit that didn't provide basic shampoo and body soap. The beds seemed very small as well but comfortable. Well stocked unit.
