Diese Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im dritten Stock befindet sich auf der Golfseite unseres Grundstücks. Dieses Gerät erfordert einen Mindestaufenthalt von fünf Nächten. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Diese Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Siesta Key Urlaub zu genießen. Um dem Brandschutzgesetz von Sarasota County zu entsprechen, bieten unsere Einheiten mit zwei Schlafzimmern Platz für maximal sechs Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 48-Zoll-Fernseher mit HD-Service und das Gästezimmer über zwei große Betten mit einem 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das schöne Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und das Gästebad über eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne, die beide mit Haltegriffen ausgestattet sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen 55 "Wand-Flachbildfernseher mit HD für Ihre Unterhaltung ausgestattet. Die neu renovierte Küche verfügt über alle Granitoberflächen sowie Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Gegenständen, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Auf der abgeschirmten Terrasse können Sie unsere wunderschöne tropische Brise genießen.

Great place

Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was relaxing and it was very convenient to be so close to the beach. Our Condo was very nice and we were very pleased to have a kitchen full of everything we needed to cook, pans, utensils etc.

It was a chilly and rainy week, so we traveled all over the area and used it as a home. We did not use any of the facilities, but did go to the beach. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The sign where we turn onto property has a burnt out light and difficult to see where to turn. If we had known the area, we probably would’ve stayed closer to the village where the shopping and restaurants are.

Great Property

This was a lovely property; one of the nicest we've stayed in. There are overhead lights, the bathrooms are nice and everything is spotless. There is a tv in the main room and each bedroom. The location is great and the beach can't be beat. We will definitely be back soon.

great clean and updated Condo close to beach

we had a great stay at this condo. Beach towels provided and lounge chairs were already at beach to enjoy. The only thing you need to remember if Coffee filters- none provided. Ice machine and water dispenser also didn't work Everything else was great!

Great location

Smooth and easy checkin. Clean and update space. Baby peak-a-boo view of the gulf. 1.8 mile walk to downtown Siesta Key. Many great restaurants/grocery/shopping near by. Beach towels and chairs available in the unit. Lounge chairs provided for free by the Palm Bay. You can rent canopy’s or double padded canopy lounge chairs for $30/day or $200/week. Staff combs the private beach each evening and lay out the free loungers in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Our Expectations

By just the drive into the facility, we knew we made the right decision. The drive with the palm trees lined up was such a delight and felt like you were on a true vacation. The condo was perfect and everything we needed! My only suggestion is if they were able to provide the basics for cooking essentials (salt & Pepper, cooking spray, foil) that would have helped greatly! Or, if they were able to leave what other renters left at the condo such as these items, that could also go a long way. Overall, we will be returning and would definitely recommend this to others

Absolutely amazing

Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable, loved the sleep sack, location was perfect. We will be back!!! Didn't want to leave. Only disadvantage was the spare bedroom TV only had one channel and kids sleep with TV so if it would of been a smart TV for them to log in bedtime would have been much easier. But absolutely loved the unit, loved the place was absolutely perfect!!! We actually left sand toys for others to use. This unit has everything you can need including a wagon to take to the beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked seeing a security presence around the grounds, the pools were nice, and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Our unit was beautiful and clean. Staff notified us at check-in that one of the shower doors was scheduled to be fixed that week but was usable. It was not an issue having maintenance fix it during the week. The only inconvenience was that the location of the unit overlooks one of the pools and the crowd could be a bit noisy at night when we were trying to go to bed (9:00 or so). I used a sound machine in the mast bedroom to drown out the noise and it was fine. We were grateful that a cooler and beach wagon were provided. We definitely plan to return!

This was the 1st year i would say that the property showed some signs deferred maintenance. But that did not change the wonderful time we had. Staff is friendly & attentive. We s/w the GM, France on multiple occasions. He was always visible & present on the property.1 suggestion would be regarding checking in & room availability.Check in is @ 4pm & the office closes @ 5pm, maybe have 1 of the office staff start later & stay later til 6 or 7pm. Just a suggestion.My only issue on this visit was the door to our unit was damaged, we reported it & nothing was addressed.We have recommended many friends & family to stay at the PBC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many places along the emerald coast but this was our first time at Siesta Key. While the unit was fine for our stay I would not stay here again. The proximity to the beach is nice as well as having access to a private beach, however, the unit needs a few things updated and fixed. The biggest thing that needs to be replaced is the front door. It was difficult to lock as the door is splitting on the side, appears to be from water damage. We also encountered several rude cleaning ladies on our stay and this coupled with minor maintenance issues and the unit being on the third floor with no laundry in the unit makes it where we would not choose to stay at this location in the future. Siesta key is a great area with lots of fun places to eat and beautiful beaches so we will definitely be returning in the future.
