Wonderful stay. Condo has everything that you need to have an enjoyable stay including the added perk of the chair and umbrella rental. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was steps from the beach and we had no elevator wait times. We did go mid August during "down time". The pools were clean, the beach chairs and umbrella were super nice. The extra bedroom with the bunks could use a better door and some type of dresser.

Thank you Jessica for your very nice review. Just to clarify for all future traveler's both bedrooms in this condo do ahve a regular door for privacy. All of the condos at tidewater with this configuration have a bunk area off of the hallway with a bathroom as shown in the photos. There is no capability to have a door in the opening accessing the bunkbed & bathroom area. That is why the owners installed a curtain across that opening to provide some privacy typically for children who normally use the bunk beds but are also big enough for adults.

Unit was not very clean, area rug has big dirty spots, furniture had to be swept, bathroom toilets needed cleaning as well. the front door needs to be replaced, it has a 1 1/2 inch gap and lock foot is only inserted 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch into door frame. Not secure or safe! I could push open! Dishwasher soap door was broken off, allowing the soap pod to fall inside washer. We also had bugs all over, in bed rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms! the elevator's were an issue as well! The positive, maintenance was great at responding (door still has huge gap and as stated by the maintenance man, the whole door and frame is shot and needs to be replaced!), Property manager did offer us two free nights for all of the issues, however it was to late as we had to get back home. if she would of address the issues earlier we might of taken her up on the offer. Front welcome desk was fantastic!

Great place to stay.

We went for a week around high school spring break from NY. The location is great. It’s slightly away from the peer so it’s a bit quieter but still walking distance to food and fun. Plenty of fun things to do at the building and easy to get to the beach. Tiki Bar prices were too high but we just didn’t get drinks there. No real complaints.

Weather was great,room,pool great however we stayed here before and that’s why we came back but your beach chairs are a problem I am cool with most of the rules but the fact you can’t set up an umbrella even on the back row is a little much and also no high back chairs on the back row which affects a lot of older people so not really sure I would come back especially if you have more than 2 people
