Emerald Beach Family Trip

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

ReviewThis room was picked for us due to an issue with the owner of the original room cancelling 24hrs prior to arrival. We were “upgraded” to a bigger room with many issues. The first bedroom did not have a toilet seat, the king bedroom had dirty sheets, the balcony door did not lock(safety issue with toddlers), an outlet in the living room did not have a cover(another safety issue with toddlers), the fan in living room did not work, and the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black the first night. None of the gate codes provided worked. Luckily security let us in each time. We were asked if we’d like to stay an additional night and the only reason we agreed was to have one more beach day. Cleaning company also walked into our room without notice prior to our departure. We love Emerald Beach and have come back once a year for eight years, but we will not stay in this room again.
