Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise, das beruhigende Rauschen der Brandung und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Emerald Isle an der Front Beach Road, dem "ruhigen Ende" von Panama City Beach. Komm rein und zieh deine Schuhe aus, du bist am Strand!

Unsere Wohnung wird sicherlich Ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechen, mit schönen Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen eingerichtet. Für Ihren Komfort bieten wir ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein Gästezimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Neue Fliesenböden wurden im Herbst 2017 hinzugefügt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem HD-Kabel, einem HD-Fernseher und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet. Das Vollbad befindet sich direkt neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Es hat auch eine tolle Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko!

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch HD-Kabel, HD-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Glaswand mit Blick auf den Golf, eine Tür zum Balkon, ein schönes neues Schlafsofa, einen HD-Fernseher mit HD-Kabel und einen DVD-Player. Unter Berücksichtigung des Kochs finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alle Kochutensilien, die Sie benötigen, stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Granit-Arbeitsplatten sind ein schönes Upgrade in der schönen Küche. Von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf. Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Gerne können Sie den Pool (saisonal beheizt), die Grillmöglichkeiten, den Whirlpool, den Wellnessbereich und die Sauna vor Ort nutzen. Das Emerald Isle liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Pier Park und zahlreichen Restaurants, Golf-, Angel-, Tauch-, Minigolf-, Spielhallen-, Wasserpark-, Bungee-Jumping-, Einkaufs-, Bowling- und Vergnügungsparks entfernt.

The unit was as described and welcoming. The assigned parking space was new to us and it was nice to have. We love the amenities of this complex and this was our fourth stay here.

The location was great. The condo needed some TLC. The first day when arriving the smell was horrific. Went straight to Walmart for Lysol and candles. Not sure if it was next door or from previous renters. The rugs in the entire condo needs either washing or replacing. The beach was fabulous as always!!

Great Condo--Amazing View

Everything about this trip was excellent. I was concerned that, being on the 21st floor, we would often be in elevator purgatory, but that never happened. We rarely waited for an elevator more than a few seconds. The parking garage made move in/out so convenient. The condo was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. We definitely hope to come back again!

Dire need of maintenance

The place is spacious but the positive stops there. Drawer knobs are missing screws. The handle for the patio door from one of the king rooms is broken. The main patio door only stays closed if locked from the inside or propped closed with a chair should you try to enjoy the patio. The mattresses are all worn out and you roll to the center of the bed. All of the door knobs are wrong too. The bedrooms and bathrooms have hall knobs which don’t lock. The beach access is through the pool, which wouldn’t be terrible, except that the pool has restricted hours so you can’t stroll the beach at night or sunset without using the public beach access which doesn’t have a hose to rinse your feet. Currently the exterior of the building is having work done and the pool access and all balconies were closed for a full 2 days of our stay. Renter beware! They are replacing both elevators in July so take that into consideration if you have mobility issues or are considering a higher floor unit. While a dedicated parking spot is nice, the ramp into it is a 45 degree angle and nearly impossible to enter with a low vehicle. Also, there is a central intercom in the unit. The first notice was an AMBER alert midday, which was reasonable because a child was missing. The second and third notices were at 8am the following 2 days advising that the pool and patios would be closed for the day. 8 am! On a vacation day! When the pool doesn’t even open until 10am! That could have easily been told to occupants in advance with notes in elevators and on doors. Believe the other reviews, the floors are filthy!

We highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys peace, tranquility, cleanliness and organization not to mention a beautiful view. This condo has everything that we needed, and more. It is the perfect location to great restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the partylife. We will be return visitors soon.

Clean! New shower in masterbathroom is lovely. This is our 2nd time to rent this condo!! Love the garage parking and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental of the unit. Now there ate games and dloats and low beach chairs so provides wveything you need for a great beach vacation!! Highly recommend!!

Great stay and weather was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed and all was as advertised. Would only add that parking is no at ground level, need to go up ramp for reserved parking spot. Also, must pay 40 to park for the week. But still very much worth the price which is why we give five stars. Would definitely recommend..

Exactly as advertised

I LOVED this condo, property and all it had to offer. Check in was easy, parking was so convenient, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself is gorgeous. The only thing I would comment for future guests is.. check the closet and cupboards for left over games, beach chairs, dish soap etc. before you go out and buy your own. If you can bring a beach wagon do it. Trudging through the sand. is tiring with all your beach stuff.

The kitchen was adequately supplied for cooking and the deck chairs on the porch were comfortable and used a ton! We loved seeing the sun rise as well as set from the deck!! Bring from the mountains, we rarely see the horizon so this was a treat! The weather was sunny most days and for four days we enjoyed 70 degree weather. We also felt that we had a private refit as there were hardly anyone renting last week. That was also a wonderful surprise. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub was fantastic! Our one complaint would be the directions where you park we’re very unclear. There are three ways to enter the parking garage and it was not clear which one to take. We eventually took the entrance that said OWNERS but as we were not owners, rather renters, we did not think to enter that one!

AMAZING VIEW AND CONDO!

My family and I enjoyed this condo SO much and have already decided we will be staying here again next year! It was the perfect location for enjoying restaurants, Pier Park and the airport. We never had to wait long for an elevator and it was only steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in

We visit PC area twice a year for last 10 years, this is the one of the nicest condo we have stayed in. Very clean, well maintained, has almost new appliances. Balcony is great, easy access to the beach, assigned parking space. And as I mentioned- condo was clean, thank you!

Excellent Vacation Rental

Everything about this rental was perfect! Upon arrival we had no issues finding our reserved parking spot. The complex has several luggage carts for use. There are 4 elevators on this property and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. The electronic lock on the door was easy to use. The unit was very clean. Beautifully decorated and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! Communication with the property management team was easy and quick! Location was towards the end of the main strip so less crowded which was perfect! You also can’t beat the first row beach service! Having a reserved 2 chairs and umbrella made it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The in unit laundry made it easy to do our laundry before heading home! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!
