Great stay!

Check in process was easy, and the house is in an excellent location. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns! The house was equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. The house was clean! Would stay again.

Making memories!

Excellent Stay

Everything about our stay was amazing. Caroline was great to work and provided exceptional communication before, during, and after our stay. The snacks and personal note left on the counter was such a lovely gesture. The property was clean and we had everything we needed. It was located in the perfect spot within a decent proximity to the ASU campus, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. We had a blast! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable & convenient

This property is in a convenient location - just a quick ride to anywhere you want to go in Scottsdale. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I received great communication from the host & very much enjoyed my stay. I travel to Scottsdale every month & it’s sometimes hit or miss. This one was a hit.

Great home base

I stayed with my husband and children, ages 6 & 8 over spring break in March. This was a great space for what we needed. Bedrooms upstairs and the grownups could hang out downstairs after bedtime. The kitchen was stocked with everything (pots, pans, glasses, bowls, tools) we needed and more. The host left us snacks and water which was a nice bonus. There was a nice outdoor space to sit and play games with the kids. The pool was available, but was super cold during our stay so we only tried it once. I'd say the only cons are the non-heated pool and that it's not within walking distance of much. Even so, we would definitely stay again.

Everything we Needed

Caroline’s townhouse had everything we needed for our five-week stay. The king bed was very comfortable as well as the queen in the smaller bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil you will need. There’s even numerous spices and herbs available too. We loved being able to grill our dinners on the gas grill on the patio. The locked patio was also great, as we were able to store our bikes that we brought along. We appreciated the first-floor patio for that same reason. The washer and dryer on site came in handy after hiking too! We really enjoyed being able to use the guest Hulu account to watch some NCAA basketball games and a few movies. We even played the Yahtzee game that was there. There is an attached covered garage plus one extra tandem parking spot. The townhouse is in a great location - convenient to Scottsdale’s green belt path where we could bike or walk to Mesa or Tempe plus driving distance to so many fun restaurants, breweries, wineries, and shops. There’s also a nice (unheated) pool in the complex. We will definitely stay in Caroline’s clean townhouse the next time we will be in Scottsdale.

Over and Above

From start to finish the process was smooth and 1st class! It's usually the small things that make the biggest difference, and Caroline had all the details covered from the basket of "welcome" snacks in the kitchen to the q-tips, band-aids, and sun screen in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Scottsdale!

Property was just as described

This is a very nice place to stay, modern, clean and had many necessary items available. The pool was nice and clean. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The only issue we had was that there wasn't much available within walking distance. The shuttle going to old town was closed due to COVID and the Uber and Lyft rides were not always reliable and were expensive. Also, there were no car rentals available at the Mesa Airport so transportation was frustrating. This is by no means an issue with the property but I want to point it out & would suggest considering renting a car and doing so ahead of time and not after you land at the airport. I would recommend this property to friends/family with my suggestion above.

Had an amazing time! Our expectations were exceeded!

We absolutely loved our time in Scottsdale. Caroline’s home felt just like ours at the end of our trip. The house was located in a perfect area too. We always felt safe. It was also very nice to have any store we wanted within a couple miles. The beds were comfortable, there were spices already in the cabinet, pots and pans, & everything was cleaned up nice. It was also nice because everything in the house was labeled. So there was never any confusion when finding objects or when putting them away. My boyfriend and I also really liked the grill feature to the house. We used the grill only a time or two, but it was nice to have something grilled compared to the oven a couple nights! We also liked that there was easy access to any streaming apps we wanted! Overall, our experience was way better than we could have imagined. We had an outstanding time. We will definitely be coming back to Scottsdale & using Caroline’s beautiful home.
