Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise regulations, and any violations may result in fines and potential removal of this listing from all booking platforms.

The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor actual occupancy and for emergency purposes. Additionally, a Minut noise alert monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Please note, this device measures noise levels in decibels only and does not record sounds or conversations.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
