Quiet and newly remodeled condo, located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, just a 300 yard walk to night life, bars, shops and restaurants. The condo is across the street from Scottsdale Art School in the art district of Old Town Scottsdale!

1400 Sq Ft, 2 living-rooms (1 in each floor), community pool and hot-tub, 1 car garage, private entry with self check in / check out.

Private patio with an outdoor kitchen, 2 burner stove, 4 burner grill, fridge/freezer, smoker, Murphy Bar, Solo Smokeless fire pit, Bluetooth speaker/lights. Drop down the Murphy Bar and create your own happy hour!

A freshly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The guest bathroom features a deep soaking tub for relaxing at the end of the day.

Chill in the 2nd living-room / family room loft, play the shuffleboard & board games while listening to your music on the Bluetooth speaker/lights, watch free live TV, and free Hulu in front of a 60" screen TV.

If sporting events is your thing, you are only a 2 block walk to the San Francisco Giants spring training ball park. If the Giants aren't your favorite team, Catch all of the Cactus League action as 16 MLB teams can make their way into the schedule.

When it is time to end the day, you can sleep on memory foam mattresses in the condo to float your night away. A king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, and two single beds in the guest room that can easily placed together as a queen size bed. This condo can also be fitted into a 3rd bedroom with the sleeper sofa bed in the 2nd living-room. There is an additional fold out queen size bed in the 1st living-room, and a futon bed to accommodate up to 9 guest, and a pet :-)

After visiting Sedona, we stayed at this condo for a couple nights before flying back home out of PHX. It suited our needs just fine. The condo was comfortable and the location convenient. It was so hot during our visit (100 degrees) that we really didn't want to do much outside nor did we take advantage of the pool or hot tub. Thankfully the air conditioning worked well and we were content to spend most of our time in the condo. I was pleased to find a yoga mat, which I used to do some physical therapy exercises -- very helpful and convenient. And we loved the tabletop shuffleboard game! Host was responsive and let us check in early, which was very helpful since we arrived in town around noon. We would stay here again if in the Scottsdale area.
