Beautiful, quiet and recently updated 2 Bed / 2 Bath Townhouse in the ❤️ of Lively Scottsdale🌵

Located directly across from Scottsdale Fashion Square, which has some of the best shopping!! Harkins movie theater is located inside the mall, walking distance to many of the best restaurants, bars and nightlife, there’s even a gym that you can walk to that sells day passes or use your class pass~ Colorful Old Town is just a short walk away, there is so much to explore and see that honestly a few days is just not enough time to see all Scottsdale has to offer. It's a bustling hub of activity, especially in the evenings . There are Pickle Ball courts within 20 minutes. We are conveniently located approximately 7 miles of Sky Harbor Airport, we have one assigned covered parking spot across from your front door, Uber, Lyft and Waymo are available if you prefer.
Guests can enjoy activities such as, mountain biking, hiking at Camelback Mountain, Phoenix Zoo, so many great Golf courses, TCP Waste Management in February, Barrett Jackson in January, Spring Training, College Football, many sporting events, Concerts, Talking Stick Casino, which has some of best views of the Valley , many amazing new places to eat, drink and dance and don't forget to take a stroll the Soleri Bridge along the canal.
Arizona State is close by, we love to host ASU families~
This community has gas 4 BBQ grills, we provide the utensils, 4 pools with Camelback Mountain views, there are on site laundry rooms for your convenience, laundry soap provided ~ Trader Joe’s and many local markets are within a few miles.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend Stay!

The property was well stocked, clean, and had everything we needed. 3 of us stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament and it was the perfect location for travelling to the rinks and surrounding things to do. Highly recommend!

Great condo, great location!

Property is in a great location convenient to shopping, hiking, restaurants and entertainment. The condo was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and meal prep needs. We also appreciated the pool towels and sunscreen that were available in the condo. Communication with host Dannielle was top notch. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect location, immaculate condo.

The condo was immaculate, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed and was very well organized. It was nice to have two bathrooms Beds were very comfortable and linens were very soft. Location was ideal for getting around Scottdale, walking distance to fashion square mall, restaurants etc. Definitely recommend!

Two-bedroom town home walking distance to Old Town

The rental unit was in impeccable condition. It was extremely comfortable and spotless. Communication with the owner was easy and she is extremely responsive. There were amenities there that we were not expecting. For example, there was coffee in the Cabinet all ready to go for our first day. there were Pool towels in the unit. All of the pools were heated, and the property was well maintained. It was very quiet and had a very safe vibe to it

We had an amazing stay at this condo in downtown Scottsdale! The location couldn’t be better—shopping, dining, and entertainment are all just steps away. Even with everything so close, it felt peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it.The pool is also few steps away from the door, very relaxing - no matter what you choose to do this place has it all!

Loved staying at this townhouse! Check in and check out were so easy, and the house was all ready for us. Great location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Old Town. The house was so clean and incredibly comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again!

Location is everything when you travel, walking distance to many places is very important, convenience to the airport is also a bonus, who wants to waste time when you’re traveling, I sure don’t. Every guest raves how easy it is when they stay with us, our goal is to make you smile and never wanting to leave.

While there are many options, I consider our unit to be one of the more desirable in terms of location and our patio is pool facing to enjoy the morning sunshine while enjoying a cup of coffee, we stay here as our second home, so I chose the most comfortable beds, and furnished it the way we like to live, we pride ourselves on making your trip as easy as possible and try and accommodate your requests~
