The villa boasts a heated pool with counter-current swimming, as well as a terrace enjoying a wonderful sea view.

- In the village of Erbalunga: mini-market, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
