Dieses luxuriöse Stadthaus am Meer verfügt über einen hellen und luftigen Grundriss mit atemberaubendem Meer- und / oder Klangblick von allen Zimmern des Hauses. Die oberste Ebene besteht aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich, der Küche, der Gästetoilette und einer Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Balkon. Eine zweite Master-Suite befindet sich direkt am Meer im ersten Stock, zusammen mit zwei zusätzlichen Gästezimmern und einem dritten Badezimmer. Insgesamt verfügt das Haus über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer sowie ein praktisches ½ Bad im Hauptwohnbereich in der obersten Etage.

Flachbildfernseher befinden sich im Wohnbereich und in allen Schlafzimmern und sind mit HD-Kabel (und DVR) ausgestattet. Highspeed-Internet (WLAN) ist inbegriffen. Zu den Geräten gehören Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Keurig und traditionelle Kaffeemaschinen, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett in voller Größe und vieles mehr. Die Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen, GE Profile-Geräte aus Edelstahl und ist gut mit Kochutensilien und Utensilien ausgestattet.

Dieses gepflegte und wunderschön eingerichtete Haus befindet sich auf einer Seite einer Maisonette und ist mit 2 spektakulären privaten Decks am Meer mit atemberaubender Aussicht und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten sowie 2 privaten Balkonen mit ebenso beeindruckendem Klangblick ausgestattet. Das Haus hat auch eine eigene private Promenade vom Deck zum Strand und eine private geschlossene Außendusche. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist ebenfalls enthalten.

Great beach house!

This was a great place to stay. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We had a blast. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were perfect, and the beach just steps away. I would definitely recommend this beach house!!

We invited my kids, grandkids some family and friends. We had our wedding right there! So accommodating, letting my daughter's in law get in early to surprise us with decorations. We loved being right on the beach.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our family vacation here this year. There was plenty of room for 3 children and 5 adults. The location was perfect on the beach. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and it was convenient to be able to run right up to the house for lunch. There were plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc) so that was a nice added touch. We plan to stay again next summer. :)

This was an ideal house. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The view is spectacular. There were a few glitches, but the owner/host was extremely responsive and helpful.no matter what time of day or evening, he responded. A wonderful vacation for the family.

Excellent Stay

One of the nicest, well appointed beach houses we’ve stayed at. (20 years, first time thru VRBO). You walk in to find a very simple decide lock, open the door and a greeted by fresh paint and tile. Everything is curated. The artwork, the bedrooms, living spaces, its very beachy in feel. Updated and clean. The outdoor living space was appointed with full sun and shade options, comfortable furniture, and easy access to the beach. The host was great with communication and I highly doubt this will be our only stay. Thank you for a lovely week, Rod!

Relaxing!

We had an AMAZING stay in Topsail Beach! Any minor issues were quickly handled by our host. Would definitely go back. One suggestion… Turtle hatching time was extremely important to many. We were approached by a few volunteers asking us to turn off our kitchen light early in the evening. Maybe blinds on the sliding door would be helpful to block out some of the light. Thank you for a great vacation Rod !!

Good house but location location location...

The house was good for a family stay. Good layout, good communication with the rental manager. The beach was a mess the week that we stayed. Public access 2 doors down made the beach crowded with an un-Topsail-like bunch. Sleeping fishermen letting their lines go down the beach, loud music, fights, police presence one afternoon, the shark teeth searchers interrupting your ocean view every day....Note MAJOR beach erosion here, caution if you bring little kids. Three foot sheer drop. Sunken asphalt road about 30 feet offshore.....gooey.

Time at the beach

The location of the house was awesome. We walked out the back patio door and down the steps to the beach. Our only complaints were that when we arrived we discovered that the trash had not been taken out and the bathrooms didn’t appear to be cleaned. I called the property manager to report this and the next day Lisa and Terry came out to straighten the house up. Also, the water pressure was sometimes not good if more than one person was taking a shower or had flushed the toilet.

Great home, responsive owner, minor downside to location.

Great floor plan, spacious bedrooms, plenty of cook-ware (our family enjoys cooking our meals together), nicely stocked with home staples (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, napkins, hand soap and dish soap, charcoal starter and matches), spacious decks with sturdy seating, good internet connections and working electronics. When we had trouble with A/C, owner was very prompt in responding and ultimately solving the problem. Beach front is wide. Only downside is adjacent public access parking brought a number of public visitors to beach front during the day, and a disintegrating old asphalt road buried under the ocean led to a strip of slimy ocean floor about 10 feet into the water, but once we figured out what it was, we tolerated it till we were able to swim past it (obviously, this is beyond the owner's control, but surprised us initially). Will happily stay here again.

Great oceanfront house!

Our family (wife and me, two grown sons and wives, and two small grandchildren) stayed here last week. Enjoyed everything about this oceanfront home. Had a couple of minor requests that the owner took care of immediately. Very considerately stocked with plenty of Kerrigan coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper! Just bring yourself, food, and your own beach umbrella or shade! Very nice beach in front of the house.

Amazing property

This house was the perfect rental for us. Very well kept and the amenities were everything we could want. Everyday products such as paper towels, Kleenex coffee filters and cleaning products were stocked for us and so appreciated. The owner Rod was very quick in responding to any questions and even allowed us a late check out. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful Beach House!

Spotless and worry free

This was our first Covid vacation, and the cleanliness of the property could not have made me happier. I brought all of my own cleaning supplies and literally got no extra dirt up. It’s a beautiful spacious home, with every necessity. One of the coffee makers was broken and when we reached out to the property manager, it was replaced the same day. Communication was speedy and friendly. Luxury stay for anyone looking for extra pampering!

What a great house!

My husband and I wanted a comfortable oceanfront house for an extended weekend away and this house did not disappoint us in anyway. Being it was just the two of us,we only used the main living level but there would have been plenty of room had there been more of us. The location did not disappoint. The beach in this section of North Topsail is nice and wide and an easy walk to the pier. The house had just about everything one could need from a rental home and more. Having the basic supplies like paper towels,trash bags,etc was a real bonus. The house and all of its furnishings were very comfortable. The owner was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again!
