"A Wave From it All" ist ein wunderschönes, frisch renoviertes Strandgrundstück mit atemberaubendem Blick auf einen Privatstrand. Unser Haus wird 9 bequem schlafen. Wir haben uns die Zeit genommen, viel Liebe und Komfort in dieses Ferienhaus zu stecken. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind so charmant. Wir waren stolz darauf, dieses Haus zu einem Zuhause zu machen, in das Sie Jahr für Jahr zurückkehren möchten. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von Downtown Surf City entfernt.

46-Zoll-Smart-TVs in beiden Hauptschlafzimmern sorgen für Unterhaltung. Kabelloses Highspeed-Internet.

Perfect Getaway

This beach house was perfect in every way! From the landscaping to the minimalist style we enjoyed every minute of a long weekend. Anything we needed was supplied. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. We hope to come back soon.

Weekend Getaway

We spent 3 nights at Kolleen and Jason's foe our anniversary. The house was beautifully redone, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect as were the views; just steps to the beach! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

North Topsail Gem

Perfect home and location right on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and did I mention, it’s right on the beach! The hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. This was our 3rd stay at this lovely home in the last 4 years so it feels like a home away from home! We hope to stay here again !

Perfect Beach House for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here - from booking, to check to check out, everything was simple and easy. The house was BEAUTIFUL! The views were amazing. There was everything we could have needed and more - the outside shower was a bonus for the kids after a day at the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the entire house was so clean. Best place we have stayed on the island and will be returning

A few days at the beach

The house and area is very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Many places to eat nearby and a grocery store as well. The host responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Over all we had a great stay.

Great house and great hosts!

My family has a wonderful time and Kolleen was an amazing host. Great communication even before I booked the house. Great food recommendations. We had a slight maintenance issue and she took care of it ASAP. The house was wonderful, just off the main street so it can get noisy. Other than that it was fantastic! Fit our small extended family well.

Fantastic Oceanside Getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a super short walk down your own private walk-way to the beach. The house is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, the beds were soft and comfortable, and both "adult" bedrooms had views of the ocean / beach. Great water pressure in the showers and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook. Plenty of space for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children from 3yo to 6yo). I hate to say it, but you will not regret booking and staying here (and I only hate to say it because then it might not be available the next time we want to book). Thank you, Kolleen (and family) for letting us stay in your fantastic beach home!!

Lovely, Lovely House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the only complaint we have is that the fish weren't biting the week we were there! The home was exceptionally clean and ready for us at the promised check-in time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and towels provided with the house were of top quality. It was especially convenient to use the beach towels provided with the house, and the full-size washer and dryer was such a great accessory. We enjoyed sunrises from the ocean-front covered porch and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the roadside porch. The outside water hose and separate shower area was great for rinsing off after spending the day on the beach, and it was nice to be able to rinse off the ocean spray from our cars with the water hoses provided underneath the house. We hope to rent again in 2025!

The perfect beach house!

This was our first trip to Topsail and we absolutely loved it! The house was perfect. Everything was updated, it was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, the location was amazing! I loved how secluded the beach was and how it was just right outside the door. I spent a lot of my time on the deck with our 3 month old but I still felt like I was right on the beach. The outdoor shower with hot water was a plus. My son (3 years) thought it was so cool to take a shower outside. We enjoyed our stay and have already looked ahead for when we can return!

Wonderful home

Had a lovely stay at Kolleen’s home. Everything is kept super organized and spotless. Having some starter essentials is a nice treat. Great beach front location - very quiet. We loved the one floor layout having a little one. Beds were very comfortable and everything was so well maintained. Kolleen was very responsive if any questions. Would definitely look to rebook if ever in north topsail again!

Perfect spot for two families to get together

This property was wonderful. My wife and I were able to take our kids and get together with friends and their kids for the first time since the pandemic hit. The home was setup perfect for us with 2 masters and 2 kids rooms and a Jack and Jill style bathroom for each. The Kitchen was well supplied and able to allow for making a nice Easter dinner. And the property was perfect for Easter egg hunts and sand castles galore. The relaxing beach getaway we were looking for.

We are Jason and Kolleen Losch, owners of this property since 2018. Complete renovation was completed in May 2019. We primarily reside in Milton, Ga just north of Atlanta. We have 5 grown children. We love to go to the beach ourselves! We love North Topsail for the beach, the surf and the beachtown pace!
