This is the perfect house for three families to share, with 3 King Bedroom Suites for total sleeping privacy. A Bunkroom is perfect for the kids! Enjoy coffee every morning from one of the large, shared balconies while you greet the waves and sea birds from this quiet part of North Topsail. Luxuriate and relax in our comfortable family great room where you are surrounded by premium treatments, furniture, and soothing ocean colors throughout. Embrace outdoor living as you gather on the multiple decks, around the fire pit, and enjoy al fresco dining on the living room deck or the picnic table in the yard. Stroll down the footpath to the beach as many times a day as you like: it’s so close! And don’t worry about sand, you can shower in privacy outdoors with our warm water shower. Our gourmet kitchen is ready for your finest family mealtime, or if you don’t feel like cooking, walk to one of the best restaurants on the Island: Splash by the Sea: just minutes away. You can fish, slurp ice cream, or eat at the restaurant at Seaview Pier, ½ mile from our home. North Topsail Beach Town Park with tennis courts, playground, and basketball court is a mile away. Our home is close enough to everything that you will need and far enough away that you’ll find the peace you have been searching for.

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.) 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access: Electronic Entry 

 

House Rules:

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. 



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
