Willkommen in der Einheit 306 im 3. Stock der Waterpointe 1 im Abschnitt Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über Folgendes:

Direkter Blick auf den Balkon am Meer - 3 Schlafzimmer (King, Queen, 2 Singles), zwei Badezimmer in voller Größe, eines davon mit begehbarer Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein unglaublicher ungehinderter Blick auf das Meer vom 16-Fuß-Balkon Zugang sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch von der Master Suite.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, Sie sind nur ein paar Minuten von der Wohnung zum Sandstrand.

Alle oder unsere Anmietungen beinhalten Bettwäsche, Handtücher, frisch gemachte Betten bei der Ankunft und Reinigung am Ausgang.

Waterpointe 1 befindet sich am 4619 South Ocean Blvd im Windy Hill Beach-Bereich von North Myrtle Beach SC und ist der perfekte Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Windy Hill ist bekannt für seine ruhige, familienfreundliche Atmosphäre, abseits der Massen und des Lärms der Main Street oder der Innenstadt von Myrtle Beach, aber dennoch weniger als 5 Minuten von Dutzenden von Restaurants und Aktivitäten entfernt.

Das Waterpointe 1 verfügt über einen beheizten Innenpool, einen Whirlpool, einen Außenpool, einen Kinderpool im Freien, einen Grillbereich mit Picknicktischen, Corn-Hole-Brettern und Sonnendecks.

Die geräumige, klimatisierte Lobby ist mit Sitzbereichen und Tischen ausgestattet, an denen Sie spielen, Familienfeiern abhalten oder einfach nur entspannen können.

Verbringen Sie Stunden am Strand und erweitern Sie Ihre Muschelsammlung oder beginnen Sie ein neues Hobby, indem Sie nach Haifischzähnen suchen.

Wir sind weniger als 1,6 km von Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues und dem Lebensmittelgeschäft Bi-lo entfernt. Nur 2 Meilen von Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall und vielem mehr !!!

Great location, the condo and building grounds were clean and nice. Very quiet , could not hear other neighbors at all. One bedroom was very small with the twin beds but it worked out ok. Enjoyed our stay !

Location and Views!

Great location, great views, average condo. Easy check in and out. Nice large kitchen. A couple of cons: the third bedroom is more of a closet; older furnishings throughout. Overall, we had a great stay.

Enjoyable stay

Unit was close to Barefoot landing. Everything including lobby was very clean. Manager was easy to reach. Having sand toys and chairs for beach made it easy since we flew. Would stay again and recommend to others

A relax vacation

nice, neat, quiet property. Good location, near to barefoot landing and malls. The manager is friendly. The quiet time is really quiet. We really enjoyed the property, it has everything we need. The beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend it and come back.

Fun getaway

We were very happy with it all. The location, cleanliness, stock of kitchen appliances and utensils made it a very easy getaway place. The indoor/outdoor pools also were a nice option for rainy days or where you wanted to get in the water but not the ocean. There was even a little reading area stocked with all kinds of various books and a comfy couch or seats to choose from. Added bonus was I saw one day they even did arts and crafts there

Perfect beachfront/oceanfront location that is safe, clean, and comfortable for couples and families.

Before writing this review, I already reached out to book our second trip. This location and property was perfect for our family. On this trip, we had our two daughters with us- ages 15 and almost 4- and my in-laws. Everyone enjoyed their time and was sad to leave. This location is steps from the beach and water, which is a huge selling point for us. My in-laws have mobility issues and loved being able to sit on the balcony and be able to watch their granddaughters experience wave jumping and sandcastle building. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It is safe, comfortable, and clean. We ate most of our meals in and the condo’s appliances were perfect. When we wanted to go out, Barefoot landing is just down the road along with a plethora of other eateries.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and efficient. The ocean front balcony was a very nice size. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that my 18 year old daughter got stuck in the elevator. It was a very traumatic experience. After we had to pry the door open and get her calmed down, I called to report the broken elevator and I was told they knew it was working correctly and was waiting for it to be worked on. I feel like signs should have been posted on each floor to let people know NOT to get on the elevator while it wasn't working properly!!! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!

Disappointing

I was expecting, from pictures, a more updated condo. We arrived December 26 and there was no heat. The owner offered to put us up for one night in the condo next door but we declined since we did not want to leave belongings overnight and the front blind of optional place was broken. The leather furniture had a crack in sofa and some things were painted over to hide flawed wood.The owner sent his son to check on the heat but nothing was working. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience and it was cold. I will say the owner had someone there before 9 am. The workman said the wires had to be replaced. The nexr night there was a toilet leak. The owner sent his son to troubleshoot. It was a temporary fix and he ended up purchasing a replacement kit. He tried to repair it but it didn't work. He admitted to having repaired toilets but has no experience with this particular problem.On day three, a plumber was called in. He spoke of how old the plumbing was and explained he hoped all of the plumbing wouldn't have to be replaced. He said it was the original system from when the condo was built. Thankfully, it worked but that was three days of using one bathroom instead of two. We left a day early due to sudden death of family member. The owner was nice but for a special celebration, my cancer remission, I was disappointed. Invest in updating.

Well thanks for the feedback albeit very negative and misleading. We manage over 40 properties all which have very detailed photographs to provide potential guests with an accurate view of the property. The photos are accurate and not at all misleading. Flawed wood? SMH... We have many fully remodeled properties in the same building and you chose a residence that has been partially updated. Yes, the heating system did fail however the outdoor temperature was 68 degrees and the repair was made within 12 hours of being reported. I am disappointed that you have chosen to give a two star review when you had every opportunity to select a more updated property that may have better met your tastes and expectations. Fortunately this property has 48 other online reviews with 4.9 star rating which further proves your assessment of the property is unfair.

Black Friday stay

My family always heads down for Black Friday weekend. We have stayed at Waterpointe II. This was our first time at Waterpointe I. We absolutely loved the location and the proximity to everything! Condo had everything we needed! Very nice and comfortable! Would stay again!!!

Great Experience as always!

Our stay this year @ Waterpointe 1 was wonderful as always! We had a different unit this year 306. Nice unit, could use some updating in main bathroom and carpet in second bedroom, but otherwise beautiful unit. We had some issues as sometimes happens when renting and they were handled immediately. Could not thank Randy and Debbie enough for everything they did to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

Enjoyed our stay while our daughter had games at Grand Park. Stayed here last summer too for the same reason. Lovely to wake up to the sunrise and to hav e a short walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat close by within walking distance!

Loved that the beach was not overcrowded. Condo was very clean and comfortable.
