Schöne Oceanfront 11. Etage 3 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung in exklusiven Southshore Villas verfügt über hochwertige Möbel und neue Matratzen für maximalen Komfort. Diese 1800 m² große Unterkunft verfügt über eine große Lederausstattung, einen 55-Zoll-HDTV, Highspeed-WLAN, zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten und allen Komfort von zu Hause.

Genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und Klänge aus dem 26 ft Balkon mit Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist durchgehend mit Granit und Frühstück Bar, einen separaten Essbereich und Fliesen ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen 55-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Time Warner HD-Service und kostenlosem Netflix sowie eine Blue-Ray-DVD.

Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bernhardt Schlafzimmer eingerichtet, Flachbildschirm-TV, Sitzecke, Bad mit Whirlpool Garten Badewanne, Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken. Eine Glasschiebetür führt zum Balkon direkt am Meer und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Schrank großzügige Lagerung bieten.

Der Strand ist weniger überfüllt, da es nur 63 Einheiten in diesem Gebäude sind, aber es kommt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, von viel größeren Mega-Resorts. First time stay

This condo was great for us. We had two married couples and one single person. All 3 bedrooms were very nice with bathrooms in two of them and one bath just outside the other room. Living room, kitchen and dining room were good size with open concept. Great view of the ocean from the large balcony. Owner was very nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Anyone looking at this condo should look no further. This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed at. Nice view of the beach, king size bed, flat screen tv's, plenty of room, this place has it all. The owner was great to deal with and very quick at heping us out seeing how our vacation was spur of the moment. I recommend this condo to everyone, I hope to use again in the near future. Nice week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. Not too busy, condo had everything we needed. The reason I gave a 4 was because the floors and kitchen counters were dirty with crumbs when we got there. But since I was cleaning extra on my own with the virus it wasn’t extra work for me but somehow the cleaning people really missed those areas. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Norbert was super responsive and helpful. Keypad entry to condo was easy. Wasnt super fancy but it was more than comfortable for our family. The bedroom configurations were perfect. The true highlight is its beach location. We went over the 4th of July and expected it to be packed, but it wasnt bad. The balcony was great and accommodated all of us. Location felt reasonably safe, parking was tight if you have a truck or SUV but there was plenty of it. I cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Week

Temps in the triple digits all week and it was STILL a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. So great to not have to go get/keep track of keys, too. Super clean, really comfy beds and plenty of space. The views were wonderful to wake up to and end the day with. The beach access was easy and the beach was no where near as crowded as other places we have stayed. It was even close to our favorite restaurant, Martinis (best steaks!). Our daughter couldn’t come last minute due to law school obligations but we look forward to her joining us next time. Thanks again!

Wonderful Views & Great Accommodations

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's well worth the money. Norbert provides you with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating inside and out for your whole group. Our family really enjoyed our week together. Unfortunately, as we were getting ready to leave at the end of our trip, the electricity to the whole block went out. My son almost got stuck in the elevator after getting the luggage cart, and there was no way my 86 year old mother was going to be able to walk down 7 flights of steps in the dark to the parking garage. Norbert told us to stay put as long as we needed and contacted the bldg manager and the electric company for us. Luckily, the power came back on a lot sooner than they anticipated and we were on our way home.

Great view, plenty of space, fully equipped!

Beautiful views! Condo was clean & equipped with practically anything you would need- even a clothes hamper! (We've never stayed in a property that had one. Always had to bag dirty clothes.) Owner even supplies some board games, cards and beach chairs & toys. Not much you have to bring! Also- Mr. Haas contacted me to make sure everything was to our liking. That's important to me- to know they care about their property. Property had an indoor pool, outside pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, & hot tub. Bathrooms are near the pool, which was great! You don't have to go back to the room. Property was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Comfortable, relaxing, the Best!

This winter will be our fourth year renting this condo for three months per year. It has exceeded our expectations. The beds are extremely comfortable, furnishings very attractive, and the view from the balcony is awe inspiring, Every sunset is different and the ocean is ever changing--I take photos from the balcony every day. Very clean and easy to maintain and well soundproofed. It has all the amenities listed in the description of the property and more. My husband and I continue to look forward to spending time here and highly recommend this condo. The photos in the listing are well done but it looks even better in person. I commend the owner on his genuine concern that all is right in the condo and getting things corrected asap, if needed. And maybe most of all, the fact that this condo is owned by a family and they use it for vacations ensures me that the owner has a vested interest in his property.

Beautiful view, disappointing owner

View was great. One bed had a broken frame. The replacement came in on Friday. We contacted the owner as soon as we found it which was the evening we arrived. Pictures were sent. The couple in that room slept on the couch for 2 nights, and on box springs/mattress on the floor all nights except one. Fitted sheets had poor elastic and kept slipping off. Towels were worn and bleached. We asked for compensation because of the broken bed. The owner told us we were lucky he didn't charge us for the breakage. Really disappointing! Won't use this owner again.

A cut above the rest!

Beautiful, luxurious and spacious accommodations. Kitchen well stocked with extras/ accessories not normally found in typical rental units. Loved that we didn’t have to keep track of keys or key card…digital lock was nice convenience! Owner communication was the extra touch! So nice to be able to completely relax! We’ll be back!

Great Family Environment

We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back! Everything was clean, neat, comfortable, and up to date. It felt like home. The beds were incredible too, which is something very important to us. We slept amazing. The view of the ocean was breath taking. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean. We even watched a sunrise from the balcony. The pool area was very nice. It was not overcrowded. Direct access to beach from the boardwalk was nice as well. The beach was also not over crowded. The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful. This was definitely one of our best trips to the Myrtle Beach area! The hotel and room were very family friendly. Thank you so much. Many memories were made!!

Southshore Villas has all the amenities, but is smaller than mega resorts and the beach is much less crowded than Cherry Grove or Ocean Drive.
