Trout House ist ein wunderbares Haus in der Nähe aller Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten. Komfortable, moderne Möbel ergänzen dieses neue Haus mit Platz für zehn Personen. Das Trout House bietet gemischte Wohn- und Essbereiche, eine offene Küche und ein WC.
Sie können auch Mahlzeiten aus der fantastischen Küche des Hauses genießen. Dort erleben Sie hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte, atemberaubende Schränke, eine Insel und eine geräumige Frühstücksbar mit Anhängerkupplungshockern. Diese Küche bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung dieses wunderbaren Essens benötigen! Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Das entspannende Wohnzimmer, das gut ausgestattete Esszimmer und die unglaubliche Küche sind in diesem offenen Grundriss enthalten, den jeder nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag am Strand genießen kann. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Bereich (mit Schlafsofa), TV, Wifi, Kabel, Wippe und Spiel- / Kartentisch für 4 Personen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick auf die Aransas Bay. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf derselben Etage. Das erste Gästezimmer bietet zwei Doppel- / Doppelstockbetten. Das zweite Gästezimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Schlafzimmer bietet auch einen Blick auf den Balkon, um die Morgenbrise und das Naturschutzgebiet im Hintergrund zu genießen. Diese Zimmer teilen sich ein Flurbad.

Great Property & Location!

The house is really neat with its 4 different balconies offering views from both the front and back. The location of the property is perfect. You are right across the street from a coffee shop, restaurants, and a couple bars. Roughly a 15 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Location

Property layout and location were exceptional. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 ⭐️ review was I felt we could have used a few more dish towels and pot holders in kitchen.

Wonderful home - Great Location

Awesome home right in the heart of Port A. Surrounded by anything and everything you need for the perfect vacation. Restaurant right next door, coffee shop across the street. House is awesome; well stocked with the essentials, clean and well cared for. Lots of stairs so be prepared for that!

Great place for gathering and having family time. Lots of space indoor and outdoor! Off of Hwy 361 so a bit busy and noisy but close to everything you need to have a great vacation. Sheets were a bit rough - recommend getting new ones.

Great property. Very spacious. Pool was well taken care of and clean. Make sure you ask about their golf cart rental as it was on the property. I had rented one for a week from a different company not realizing this was an option. Rebooking this one again next year!

First trip to the beach w/in-laws and their 2 small pups. Home was clean and altho not advertised, had towels and wash cloths for use. Home in a grest area with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Be mindful the area is by stsnding water so HUGE mosquitosm we came prepared. Overall great stay for a quick beach getaway!

Spring Break

The house was fantastic. Very clean. Beautiful kitchen and living area with lots of space to hang out with family and friends. No spices or foil, so be sure to bring your own. Tiny coffee maker. So much bird poop that the wonderful balconies were almost impossible to use. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It is legal to cross 361 at J in the golf cart, but kind of scary to do so. Great spot to bird watch in the nature preserve- be sure to bring binoculars. Overall, it was a great house and we would rent it again. Thanks for a wonderful Spring Break.

Great property! Amazing house and location but not so clean

These are just notes we took while there being an air bnb owner ourselves we feel the owner of the property should be aware of a few things. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great! Loved the outdoor patio!! Notes: ALL decks of the house were disgustingly FiLTHY. Bird poop was EVERYWHERE and wasn’t just from one day. There were PILES and dead bird parts. Couldn’t sit on furniture without cleaning it off Glass doors and windows: No visibility outside with out cleaning. Obviously not cleaned for some time. There was a dirty was rag in the floor under a chair table on the second floor sitting room. Sans was in the shower bottom. No cleaning supplies or broom to clean up. Top bunks In the bunk room were not made. There were no large bowls for cooking or making salads. Pots and pans still had food on them. One pot had something burned in it and upon boiling water for spaghetti, burnt particles were surfacing in the water. Small Mr. Coffee pot leaked all over the counter when making coffee. Thank goodness for coffee shop across the street. The house also had a strong dog smell up on the top floor. Again would definitely stay again but would like to inform the owners of a few things.

This was a really clean week maintained property that actually looked like the pictures. Not as close to the beach as we would have liked but great place walking distance to Tristan’ restaurants and coffee shop and shopping.

Trout House was very good!

Loved the house & amenities. Only drawback is small parking area. Decks were fantastic. Everything very clean!! Lower carpet stairs need shampooing or replaced tho. Lots of room & wonderful kitchen!

nice and easy

We had a great stay here for a last-minute beach weekend. We were two families with two young kids each, and the bedrooms + bunkroom plus the spacious upstairs living/dining/kitchen area suited us perfectly. Everything was neat, new, and nicely finished, just like the pictures. We loved all the balconies, especially the one off the living room overlooking the nature preserve. The house is right on the main road and an easy half-mile drive or walk to the beach. Check-in details and other info came easily through email and text, and the management was very nice and understanding when we left behind something VERY IMPORTANT and had to return after check-out to pick it up. Would absolutely recommend.

Maintenance issues

Upon arrival, we had the maintenance person come by two separate times to repair things that should have been done prior to our arrival. On the upside the maintenance guy was great to work with and repaired and or replaced items that were broken.

Trout House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Trout House. The house accommodated our group of 4 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs perfectly. The ground floor outdoor patio area was great for everyone to be outside playing corn hole and the kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the dining table was large enough for us to play card games with everyone. It was only a short drive to the beach, restaurants and stores which was nice! Overall a great stay in Port A!

The place was just as nice as the pictures. Everything we needed was included, microwave, keurig, flatware & dishes. Nice & clean and balconies had chairs. Linens in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and were already planning a return trip in the future before we left.

Great Rental

Loved this rental, super clean with all necessities we needed. Pool was great, balconies were so nice and we loved the chairs on them. We never got the WiFi to work but I did get an immediate response when I inquired about it. Road noise was not the best but given the location could be expected. Coffee shop across the street was awesome and we could walk right over. Felt safe and comfortable. Will stay here again. 😊
