Unser wunderschönes Strandhaus ist die beste Wahl für Ihren Urlaub mit Ihrer geliebten Familie (und / oder Freunden). Perfekt gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Emerald Beach und wenige Minuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und allem, was Sie brauchen, entfernt. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern und unserem renovierten Spielzimmer ist mehr als genug Platz für 10 Gäste (+ Kinderbett), sodass Sie niemanden zurücklassen müssen!

** Wir können große Gruppen von mehr als 70 Gästen für die Sommerferien in separaten Häusern im selben Komplex unterbringen - #OhanaDestin Houses.

Bequeme Betten und HD-Fernseher in allen Zimmern!
Voll ausgestattete Küche und alle technischen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen: Roku, Netflix, PlayStation (Fifa, NBA und mehr), Pokerset, Soundbar und Highspeed-Internet. Um alle zu beschäftigen, während Sie am Grill arbeiten, haben wir kürzlich unser Strandhaus renoviert und ein großes Spielzimmer für Kinder und Erwachsene hinzugefügt, darunter Wii, Air-Hockey und Tischfußball!

Unser Anwesen, einschließlich eines intimen Hinterhofs, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gemeinde in einer Sackgasse. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer: Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Luxusmatratzen, HD-Fernseher mit integriertem Roku und Netflix.

Das 1. Schlafzimmer (The King) verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Jack & Jill-Badezimmer und einer Badewanne (bereit für 2 Gäste).

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ('The Queens') verfügt über ein Queen-over-Queen-Etagenbett mit einem Jack & Jill-Badezimmer und einer Badewanne (bereit für 2 Gäste).

Im 3. und letzten Schlafzimmer (Hauptschlafzimmer) finden Sie ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Queensize-Etagenbett sowie ein eigenes Hauptbadezimmer (bereit für 4 Gäste und Babybett) im großen Hauptschrank).

Wohnzimmer: Genießen Sie einen Familienabend in unserem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem 65-Zoll-Fernseher mit Roku und einer Soundbar, um das Filmerlebnis noch angenehmer zu gestalten! PS3 mit einer großen Auswahl an Spielen, Filmen und Netflix-Account, alles inklusive.

Extras: Wir haben unsere Garage in ein großes SPIELZIMMER für Jugendliche und Erwachsene verwandelt (Xbox 360, Air Hockey Tisch, Tischfußball usw.)! Super Spaß für die ganze Familie! Das Zimmer ist voll klimatisiert!

Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im 2. Stock vorhanden. Für Ihre Tragetaschen steht ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist mit Highspeed-Internet ausgestattet, sodass die ganze Familie alle Ihre Geräte anschließen und genießen kann.

Draußen: Wir haben einen intimen Hinterhof direkt am Rande des Gemeinschaftspools.

Tons of space, excellent location with a short walk to a gorgeous beach. It was so calm and quiet when we were there we often had beaches to ourselves. Great home for a dog, really comfortable beds and a great game room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, plenty of amenities. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was a nice asset for the days the seaweed was overtaking us at the beach. The public beach access was only .46 miles away. There is a lovely walking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, and the hosts provided excellent communication. We would stay here again.

Great place, great location

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property. It had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large bunk beds for the kids and spacious living area. The pool was right outside the door and perfect for the kids. The house isn’t far from the beach. It was nice to not have to travel with an umbrella or beach toys. They provided plenty of things to entertain the kids and even the wagon to carry it all in. This place won’t disappoint you!

Great Stay

The house is clean, decorated great and very cozy beds! The garage game room made for an awesome place to send the kids so the adults could relax in the house. The only downside is that most of the beach within walking distance is considered "private" by the big resorts so we drove down to the public beach on most days.

Summer Trip

Not much from the outside but the inside is comfortable and its walking distance to the beach, which was a huge plus. They provided beach gear to save from renting and a wagon to get there. Gameroom was a fun place for the kids. King beds were super comfortable and an added bonus.

Perfect spot!

We had a lovely stay at this property! We have three kids and it was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were a ton of little extra touches that made things super convenient, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, a beach wagon to load our stuff in, a boogie board, and even a dog gate/baby gate. The game room was a wonderful addition! Also, great customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! It was within walking distance to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He checked in multiple times throughout our stay. The listing included an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We met some of the full time residents who were very friendly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach. This home is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had plenty of room for our suitcases and other belongings. The bed situation is perfect for families with children. The pool is just steps from the back patio. It was only a short walk to the public beach which has soft, white sand. We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Spacious, comfortable, close to beach!

We had an awesome visit to Miramar and a great experience with this rental. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well provisioned, and close to the beach. Owners were very helpful and had great communication. Unit was clean and organized, everything worked as advertised (appliances, beach wagon, grill, Roku - we used it all!), and the pool was very nice. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and it was nice to stay in a small community just off the beach that wasn't loud or crowded. Great trip!

1st time to Destin

Family of 7 + dog, we couldn't be happier with our selection. There was plenty of room for all of us plus more. From our arrival, the place was clean and very well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach and lots of options for dining, groceries, shopping, and entertainment all within a few minutes drive. I was a little worried about taking our pet but the area has 2 dog waste stations and took our pet on morning walks along Scenic Gulf Dr. Everything worked out. i would highly recommend this place for families with young teenagers plus pets.

The property is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach; however there is no sidewalk so you have to walk in the road. We had a few hiccups upon checkin (battery not working in game room and tv in living room not working). The property manager was responsive and fast to rectify everything. You can tell it’s a high volume rental. But everything was clean. We would consider staying again. Thank you!!

The property was amazing and even better than what the listing shows. The owner is very responsive and genuinely cares about your stay. We had some remote issues and within an hour of notifying the owner they were fixed, that’s prompt and timely. Can’t speak highly enough about the property and the owner. The location is great, less than five mins from the beach but set back in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and stores, yet all the noise of the city streets are far away. A HUGE bonus is the pool is literally ten steps away from the condo, so it makes it easy and quick to transition your day. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach vacation getaway

The townhouse was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The place was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit was so clean I didn't want to touch anything lol. The family room couches were so comfortable. The pis de resistance the bed mattress's and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. This was the entire parties consensus. The unit owner was easy to reach and very attentive. The beach which was about a 7 minute walk had the whitest sand and the most beautiful aqua clear water I have ever seen. Will absolutely return.
