Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer: Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über luxuriöse Matratzen, HD-Fernseher mit integriertem Roku und Netflix.

Das 1. Schlafzimmer (The King) verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Jack & Jill-Bad und einer Badewanne (für 2 Personen).

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ('The Queens') verfügt über ein Queensize-Etagenbett mit einem Jack & Jill-Badezimmer und einer Badewanne (für 4 Gäste bereit).

Das 3. und letzte Schlafzimmer (Hauptschlafzimmer) bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Queensize-Etagenbett sowie ein eigenes komplettes Hauptbadezimmer (für 4 Gäste und ein Baby - Babybett ist verfügbar und verfügbar) im Haus)

One of the best places we have stayed

We have rented places about twice a year for the last 10 years or so in Mirimar Beach area, and this was one of our top favorites. The place is very clean and well supplied with everything you might need. The furniture is clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The communication with the owners was excellent. And it was dog friendly! It’s in a great location - easy walk to the beach. We will stay here again!

We had a great trip to Miramar beach! The home has an easy check in/check out process and is very close to the beach. The home is very clean and was a wonderful set up for two small families of 3. Short walk to the beach, plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We took seven plus our pupcould have easily had a few more people. Super comfortable, property manager kept in touch our whole visit making sure we had everything we needed and everything was up to par!

Great condo, fabulous location!!

The house was a short walk to the beach and well equipped, which was convenient for the family. Also, close proximity to restaurants, grocery shopping, and shopping. The pool area in the development was very nice, especially in the afternoon after the beach. The owners were very responsive and focused on delivering a great experience to the guests. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in the Miramar Beach area.

One Month Stay

We were very impressed with our stay at the “Beach House” in Miramar Beach. This unit was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities one would require for a one month stay. Any questions or concerns we had (needed a light bulb changed and some barbecue maintenance) were addressed promptly. Neighbourhood was quiet and well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back to this property.

Great location!!

We had a great time and the location of our condo was perfect! It took less than 5 minutes for us to walk to the beach. Plenty of room in the condo for all 10 of us! After every trip to the beach, everyone came back and showered and we never ran out of hot water. The hosts are great and will answer any questions you have in a very timely matter. You want bang for your buck then look no further than this great condo close to the beautiful beaches near Destin!

Great Beach House

We loved staying here! The property was perfect for our two families with young children. Plenty of beds and space for all. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that there were TVs in the rooms for when we wanted to kids to watch their own show while the adults talked. It was just a short walk to the beach and we loved having the pool to play in as well. Everything was very clean and updated. The carpet was so soft and seemed new. We loved having access to the beach cart and beach toys which were all in excellent condition. Every time I had a question for Jerry I received a very prompt reply. I even asked if they had a broom (they didn’t) so the property manager showed up with one a short time later. Everything was perfect! Great stay!

Mother/Daughter Girl Scout Senior trip

We were a group of 10 (5 moms and 5 daughter who were 17-18years old). We were a Girl Scout troop celebrating the girl’s graduation from HS. We were originally scheduled to take a cruise, but due to COVID we had to come up with a new plan. We booked this condo and it turned out to be perfect for us. The girls took the master bed room/bath so that all 5 of them could be together. (There was room for 6 in that room). The moms shared the Jack and Jill bath and other 2 rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed (skillets, dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher). We used the grill one night to make silver turtles (if you’re a Girl Scout, you know!). We used the washer and dryer several times. There were 3 beach chairs and a wagon that we used each time we went to the beach. The walk to the beach is about 6 minutes (not bad at all). There are lots of steps to get down to the beach, but once there, we had plenty of room. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and swam in the community pool once. The living room and dining area was open and perfect for us. There was a TV in every bedroom and living room, but we didn’t even turn one on. The condo is about 10 miles (30 min because of in season traffic) to Destin and about 45 minutes to Panama City Beach. The condo was clean when we arrived and Jerry was available if we needed him(which we didn’t). We loved our stay!

Winter Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family and dogs to rest, relax and rejuvinate. It was the ideal distance to walk to the beach (although the dogs were not allowed on the beach.) The house was perfectly stocked and immaculately clean.

It was a pleasure to host Mark group as our guest. He was easy to communicate with and everyone was respectful of the house. We would absolutely host his group again and would recommend it to other hosts.

Our House is located in the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie--a close place for groceries. The Surf Hut, across the street, is excellent for a fried grouper sandwich, and you're one mile from a great outlet shopping center.

Gulf Walk Complex is centrally located in the heart of everything you need for an incredible vacation! With its prime location, a lot of exciting activities await you here!
A beach trip will only be complete with thrill-seeking beach activities, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating, so head on to the watersports rentals and water parks nearby for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are worth the experience!

For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just minutes away from our beach home. We’re just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory, featuring over 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons, with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway and has a movie theater! Indeed, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us!

Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.

We recommend checking out Dolphin Reef if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing sea life that calls the reef home. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
