Maßgefertigtes Haus auf einem Hügel auf einem 5 Hektar großen Privatgrundstück mit weitläufiger, wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Newfound Lake, Mt. Strickjacke und mehr.

Haus ist ideal für bis zu 6 Gäste geeignet. Da wir uns in einer privaten Nachbarschaft befinden und unsere Nachbarn respektieren müssen, gestatten wir keine Partys, Veranstaltungen oder Motorräder. Wir sind hundefreundlich.

Skisaison 2020 Verfügbar für Wochenenden, die Schulferienwoche im Februar oder als Saison, die alle Wochenenden und die Schulferienwoche im Februar zwischen dem 16. Januar und dem 8. März umfasst. Wenden Sie sich telefonisch an den Eigentümer, um die Preise für die Skisaison zu besprechen.

Zentral zu NHs besten Skigebieten: Nur 15 Minuten zum Tenney Mountain und 30 Minuten zum familienfreundlichen Ragged and Gunstock. View is amazing!

House is exactly as listed, perfect setup inside, everything you need, view is outstanding - we couldn't get enough sitting outside on deck. Property Manager easy to deal with and communication was excellent, more than happy to help. Would recommend to stay here.

The view from this log home is spectacular!

You will love this cozy log home with fantastic lake and moutain views. The layout is perfect for families, with a lovely master suite upstairs and finished lower level for the kids. Plus there are two more bedrooms on the main level. The location is extremely close to public beaches and excellent local dining. Newfound lake itself is beautiful. Great place to vacation!

Family summer vacation

The view was amazing!!!! Plenty of room for all of us and a well equipped kitchen. Event hough it was during Covid we all felt very safe. Great hiking and a short drive down to the beaches. So many great places to explore. Next time we'll bring our kayaks.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It's all about that view! Words alone just can't describe the absolute awe inspiring scenery. You'll just have to book it and go see for yourself. Inside was clean and comfy. Communication with owners was great.

Beautiful House with Spectacular View

We had a wonderful stay up at Daly’s Den in Bristol, NH. We traveled up from Long Island, NY to cheer our son on in the New Hampshire marathon. The location was perfect. The house was roomy and comfortable and overlooks Newfound Lake. We were close to town with many amenities nearby. We were also able to bring our two dogs, who both had a ball. We would love to come back one day!

Nice summer trip

Visited with our family of 4 during the summer and the accommodations worked out very well for us with our 5 month old and 2.75 year old. The week had great weather and nice sunsets which was a bonus. Communication with Janis was easy. Would recommend to other similar family’s and we will return again next year.

Great week celebrating our nieces wedding!

View was beautiful as well as the weather!!!!! It started out REALLY hot.....was worried because there was no air conditioning.....then a storm came thru and changed that! The weather turned out to be perfect. House was nice. Had everything we needed. Great that it was pet friendly!

Tranquility with breathtaking views.

Can’t beat the view!!

Wonderful vacation spot. Felt remote but you really weren’t far from anything you might need. The dining table was a big round one - perfect for playing cards. The lake and mountain view was amazing and sunsets beautiful. We had one issue with the TV and James was quick to replace it. We will come back.

Wonderful sunsets!

This is a beautiful home with an incredible view of New Found Lake, the mountains and the most amazing sunsets! We tried to be home each night in time to watch the sunset from the deck. We traveled with out teenagers and 2 dogs and were very happy with the house and all it had to offer! It was a quick ride to restaurants, swimming and fishing spots for our sons. Janis and Jim were easy to get in touch with and very quick in responding to any of our questions.

Beautiful Calming Home

My husband and I love this house. They have big huge windows facing Newfound Lake. The master bedroom is is lovely. The king size bed is very comfortable. They have a great reading nook overlooking the living room. The living room is cozy and comfortable. The cathedral ceiling makes it very spacious. There is a full and functioning kitchen. Janis is very helpful.

Newfound Lake log home

Our stay at this log home perched on a hill overlooking Newfound Lake was wonderful! The house was plenty big for 6 adults. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the beautiful view. The open concept living room and dining area was great for our family for hanging out and game playing. The kitchen was the best equipped I've seen in all the rental properties I have been to. All the kitchen tools, dishes, and pans you would need are provided! The beds were comfortable. Everything was fantastic!

Stunning property, amazing hosts

We are very familiar with the area and were looking for a new place to rent since our usual house was unavailable. We couldn't have asked for a more fantastic place. The house is stunning, the view is spectacular. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness. Everything we could have asked for was available and when we needed something - light bulbs, for example, the hosts responded immediately. We had grandparents as well as teens all living together in the space and it was perfect. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Perfect getaway with a priceless view

We spent a quick two nights at Daly’s Den and loved every moment. The view from sunrise to sunset is just incredible and you don’t want to leave the house. The house is so warm and inviting. We were there on some of the hottest days and even though there is no air conditioning the fans cooled us really well and the finished basement with a cozy sectional and flat screen TV was at least 20 degrees cooler for a comfortable escape. We enjoyed hikes to Little Sugarloaf, Big Sugarloaf and Goose Pond and Profile falls. The Dalys were so accommodating and the house is fully stocked — We didn’t need to run out for any of the essentials. We can’t wait to return — hopefully for a longer next stay!

Beautiful Lake View

It was a great experience. It was a beautiful cabin with amazing lake views. Sunsets were our favorite. Janis, the owner of the property was very prompt in her replies and quickly answered all our questions. The communication was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Very safe and kid friendly. We had an infant with us and we felt very comfortable. We carried our travel crib, but there is one if you need it. House also had baby gates, high chair, all of it in case you need it. We simply loved the place. And will be hopefully coming back each year.

The view is amazing.

And the house is quite nice. It has one of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen in any past rentals. Even though temps were in the mid 80s, the house remained comfortable, fans provided a breeze when there wasn't one. There is an a/c in the master suite. There are a good selection of games and books for down time. It is very close to Wellington State Park and the Newfound lake Audubon Center(hiking is great in both), and the towns of Bristol and Plymouth, both of which have a good choice of restaurants and shops. The only thing we would've liked to have added was a fire pit for the cool evenings but certainly not a negative point.

Beautiful views

We stayed here with our golden retriever for 6 nights. What a great property it is. The main is huge and our dog Milo loved it. I can't say enough about the views of Newfound Lake. Spectacular!!! We were lucky enough to have fabulous weather for practically the entire stay so we experienced the most beautiful sunsets ever. Wed never tire of this view. The house was so well stocked, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of reading material and all kinds of games were available throughout the property. The upstairs loft is a peaceful haven to take in the fabulous views. Communication with the owner, Janis, was very prompt and we found her very friendly to deal with. We definitely look forward to returning soon.

Great getaway with an amazing view!

I can't say enough about the view from the deck. It is incredible! The house and the amenities where just as described. The home was well stocked with everything you could need and was very clean. We were surprised at just how peaceful the location was. We expected to hear the boats and celebrations with it being Memorial Day weekend, however it was so quiet. Sitting on the deck at night, all you could hear was nature. The hosts provided great communication and they also took the time to think of small things to make our stay great. They left a basket of dog toys, a leash, water and food dish which was such a wonderful surprise. Our 12 year old dog certainly loved it! We were sad to leave but have already looking at going back!

The view is even prettier than the picture!

We had a fabulous time! We love homes with a view - we picked this property based on the picture shown and found the view to be even prettier than the picture! It was very cozy and we had more room than we could use. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals (although there are a couple of really nice restaurants closeby). The mountains of New Hampshire are beautiful, and we got another chance to view the mountains and lakes on our snowshoeing journey up Mount Morgan in Holderness. We also snowshoed in Wellington State Park which is closeby. The area has many ski resorts within driving distance as well as snowmobiling trails. The owners were a pleasure to do business with. We would love to return in the summer and fall to experience this area completely. We would highly recommend this property. Beth & Herman From Wrentham, MA

Wonderful to have you! You even experienced the February blizzard without any disruption. Storms in NH which can be quite an experience to watch the weather come in over the mountains and over Newfound Lake. We would love to have you back to enjoy the splendor of the summer and fall in beautiful Bristol NH. Thanks for the extra recommendations on trails, too!

Most gorgeous view ever!

This is a wonderful home and in a great location for hiking. The views from the main living areas were phenomenal! The views alone were worth the stay. The drive up to the home was a breeze as all the roads leading to it were well paved. To stay in a home with views like this, we always had to travel up many gravel roads. Not so here...a real plus! The furnishings made for a cozy and comfortable living space, which could easily accommodate a large family. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, utensils, etc. which enabled us to easily prepare all our meals. Though, we ordered pizza one night at Village Pizza...very yummy! There was no need to contact the owner during our stay as the information provided before our arrival covered everything we needed. The owners do a great job of explaining all that is needed in detail. If we ever plan another trip to the Bristol area, we will return to this lovely home.

Bristol Stay

The view from this home is absolutely stunning. The sunrises and sunsets are unmatched! After driving around the area, I think it is safe to assume this property has the best view around. I cannot speak highly enough of the view and location. The neighborhood is very quiet and a short drive to the local beach and state park. Our main issue with this property, however, was the cleanliness. When we arrived, we had to vaccum the basement floor and couch because there was food and glitter everywhere. We ended up having to buy some of our own cleaning supplies, including dishwasher tabs and laundry soap. The owners provided one dishwasher tab, which is not sufficient for a week stay. Further, the checkout policies require guests to wash and fold all bed linens and towels, but there were only a few laundry soap tabs left when we arrived (again, not sufficient for a family of four on week long trip).

Thank you for your notes. We agree our view is magnificent. Our apologies over the need to vacuum the basement. We wish you had told us at your check-in. We would have sent our cleaners over immediately. We put that request in the welcome packet we send out a week prior to check in. Also, within the welcome packet, we include the following information: A complimentary starter packet of dish soap, dish washer soap, (1) paper towel roll and sponge are provided, as well as hand soap and starter toilet tissue rolls in each bath. This is fairly standard for weekly rentals to provide, not enough for an entire week. Regarding the laundry, you must have seen notes at the house which we failed to update this season. The same welcome packet clearly states "If you have used any of our bed linens or towels, to please leave everything downstairs on the floor next to the washing machine. If you can get one load started that would be greatly appreciated. We have provided a soap pod to cover that load. It is on top of the washer."

Great stay with a gorgeous view

We had a great experience at this property. The house was very spacious and well stocked. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend it.
