Willkommen in Ihrem perfekten Ferienhaus am Strand und am Strand von Pensacola. Floridas bestgehütetes Geheimnis.

In diesem Jahr unter Eigentümerverwaltung. 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir sind stolz zu wissen, dass viele Familien hier 2019 großartige Erinnerungen geweckt haben und freuen uns auf viele weitere glückliche Gruppen.

Der offene Grundriss der Küche, des Ess- und Wohnbereichs macht den Raum ideal für Familienzusammengehörigkeit und Unterhaltung. Viel Platz für alle am Esstisch.

Perfekte Lage: ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Golf von Mexiko und 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Santa Rosa Sound (suchen Sie nach Baby Beach), wo das ruhige Wasser perfekt zum Paddeln, Kajakfahren oder einfach nur zum Schwimmen ist.

Gleich um die Ecke in der Nähe der Feuerwache an der Avenida 17 befindet sich eine Haltestelle (Nr. 32) für den Trolley, die Sie während der Saison kostenlos zu allen Strandbars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Promenaden bringt!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Etagenbett mit Queensize-Bett. Dies sind jedoch nicht die einzigen Orte, an denen Menschen schlafen können! Es gibt auch einen Futon in Doppelgröße im Loftbereich und einen zusätzlichen überfüllten Stuhl mit ausziehbarem Einzelbett, um zusätzliche Gäste zu schlafen, wodurch die Gesamtschlafkapazität auf 12 steigt! Wir bieten auch ein Pack n Play und einen Hochstuhl für die Kleinen an.

Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher mit Rundfunkantenne für lokale Sender sowie YouTubeTV und einen kostenlosen Netflix-Account.

Es gibt zwei große Decks für Spaß im Freien sowie einen riesigen Garten. Der Hof ist mit einem Bucket Ball Court ausgestattet (denken Sie, Bier Pong nur größer!), Dartscheibe, Tiki Toss (Ring an einer Schnur) und Riese Jenga. Es gibt auch einen Grill auf dem Achterdeck.

Für die kurzen Spaziergänge zum Strand finden Sie einen Strandwagen, Liegestühle, einen Kühler und Sonnenschirme.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our stay was incredible! Bunny and Boo treated us like family, quick to help us with bikes and any amenities we wanted. They thought of everything, many kitchen appliances and tools for cooking, lots of towels and bedding, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, beach amenities, everything to help it feel like coming home. The hot tub was sparkling clean and soooooo excellent. Check in and out was so easy, Bunny and Boo are very easy going and we will definitely be back!

Of all the places we’ve stayed this house is one of the best stocked- plenty of beach supplies, cleaning and kitchen items available for use. Hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked, especially with kids and having to cross a double lane busy road. But the available bikes and golf cart rental helped with this. The biggest downside are the stairs to the loft- they are very steep and rather dangerous. I had planned to have our 6 and 8 year old sleep upstairs but the safety of navigating them in the middle of the night was a concern. Something to be aware of with younger children.I would give the house 4 stars but the hosts definitely 5 stars. Bunny was always available to answer any questions and provide help if needed in a very timely manner. We appreciated the hospitality!

Thank you for your review. We have to admit that we are disappointed by the less than 5 star rating. It is truly disappointing because it means we did not meet your expectations. We tried! You had many questions for us prior to booking the property and we accommodated all of your requests from fans for every room (we even purchased an additional fan to meet your needs) to a discount on the price of the golf cart to preparing the kiddie pool. Additionally, you received a 25% discount on the nightly rate for last minute booking, making it the lowest price for a beach rental of this size in July on Pensacola Beach. We also knew some of your crew was arriving early and we allowed early check in so that they didn’t have to wait until 4 pm, our standard check in time. We are happy to know our kitchen was the best stocked kitchen you’ve had in a rental. It’s what we would like to find when we stay in a rental property. All of our guests have found our location to be perfect. A quiet neighborhood, not too far from the shops and restaurants, a short walk to the sound, and a 5 minute walk to the gulf with a well-marked and signed crosswalk in a school zone to get there. Your main concern; however, was the stairs to the loft which are pictured in the photos of the property. We have signage as well as a gate at the bottom due to the steepness of the stairs and we do encourage caution. The loft does seem to be a popular place for the youngsters though, a cool hideaway. Our apologies that your plans to put the 6 & 8 year old children in the loft made you uncomfortable. There were lots of beds to choose from on the main level including the pull out queen bed in the couch in the living room and the pullout twin in the oversized chair in the front room, in addition to the 4 queen sized beds and one king bed in the bedrooms. We have been renting our home for 7 years and we are very proud to be providing the best beach vacation we can. Bunny is thrilled to know he’s a 5 star host! After everything, it is disappointing to know that our home did not meet your expectations. We hope you had a good vacation regardless. We know grandma did!

Amazing Stay

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

The house and location was exactly as described and honestly even better! Bunny and Boo provided everything needed for a fantastic vacation. We will def plan to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

A wonderful house for a group

We had 2 families with a wide range of kids ages 5-17 and everyone had space and entertainment for the whole stay.

Easy check in and check out process - electronic coded lock is a great idea - well laid out overall with large spacious sitting area - nice fenced back yard that was perfect for our 2 small dogs - well stocked kitchen - this owner provides more than most others have - 3 nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and LOTS of hangers - great touch.

Hooray for a 5-star stay!!! Our family had an amazing stay at Bunny and Boo’s Beach Bungalow! The property was exactly as described…spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided plenty of beach gear, which made our beach days so much easier!The bungalow is just a short walk to the beach, and we absolutely loved the location. The beach was peaceful and not crowded, making it the perfect place to relax and spend time together.Bunny and Boo are exceptional hosts! Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Boo during this trip, she was wonderful about communicating with us. Bunny was so welcoming and kind that he made us feel like old friends. He checked on us throughout our stay, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best experience possible. We really enjoyed visiting with him!I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Bunny and Boo’s Beach Bungalow to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable beach vacation!

Great location!

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

Great place, great location, greater hosts!! All you need for beach vacation, easy beach access, close to restaurants and things to do but just enough removed from hustle n bustle to be nice and quiet at the house. Gracious and very helpful hosts! Even helped us with a flat tire!! Can’t ask for more!

After vacationing here twice a year for 8 years we decided that Pensacola Beach had to become our home. We enjoy sharing our home so that others can experience the beauty and peace of Pensacola Beach.

We love the space this home provides for large groups. It's a nice respite for just one or two also. We love the proximity to the core of Pensacola Beach. It's only a mile walk to the bars and restaurants or the free trolley during season is easy to catch right around the corner. While being just a short walk to the Gulf or the sound this home is on a quiet street. If your goal is to get away this house is perfect. This home was love at first sight for us.
