Diese 4th Floor Balcony Suite ist voll von Florida Sunshine. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage in der obersten Etage in der Nähe des Aufzugs im nördlichen Teil unseres Gebäudes am Meer. Die Wohnung ist fröhlich in gelb. Es gibt ein neues Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und einen roten Clubsessel. Genießen Sie den großen Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist mit einem 4-Flammen-Herd mit Backofen und allen üblichen Kücheneinrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer wurde mit einer neuen Badewanne, einem Waschtisch und zusätzlichem Stauraum für Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Das private Schlafzimmer ist gefliest und verfügt über eine komfortable Queen-Size-Serta-Matratze und einen 26-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Diese Wohnung ist fröhlich und komfortabel und könnte Ihr Lieblingsstrandrückzug sein. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for our needs. You can't get any closer to the ocean than Beacher's Lodge. The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Parking was easy and elevators were quick. Pool is in excellent condition and the location is in close proximity to great restaurants and downtown. Only 20 minutes from the premium outlet mall. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Beach Pad!

Hardly even a three minute walk to the beach, we could not have asked for a better weekend getaway location. The room was fully tiled, cool, beautifully decorated and had the most gorgeous view of the sunrise each morning. The condo was a little dirty when we entered (sand covering most surfaces) but being from a beach town we knew how it was. The staff were all smiles and waves, and we did not have one negative interaction. Check in was easy as pie, and check-out was even simpler. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the beach every day.

Time to Relax & Unwind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Undoubtedly the Beacher's Lodge location is excellent. We stay here at least once a year and we love it. However, on this last stay we had several issues with room 428 which BTW were quickly resolved by the Lodge's staff. So here we go.1. The safe in the bedroom was not bolted to the wall, so not functional as a security measure for small valuables, Not a big deal, but why have it if anyone can just walk away with the whole thing. Also, a potential hazard since it could easily fall. The thing is heavy.2. There was no hot water. This was fixed fairly quickly by replacing a clogged filter that serves the whole unit. Again, not a big deal but inconvenient after being in the beach all day and looking forward to a shower that very moment..3. Lacking a small dresser or above head shelving to unpack clothing (should fit the bedroom though-we got one from IKEA for our son's dorm). We made do by asking the front desk for a luggage rack and we lived of our suitcases for 4 nights. Not really ideal.4. The coffee pot stopped working on day two at breakfast time. Issue was quickly addressed by excellent staff response although the new coffee maker used different filters which I had to buy myself. I left some at the unit for the next beacher's.In sum my wife was more annoyed than me because she said "I was there to relax, and was just fixing things all the time". I didn't really mind since I'm programed that way but she does have a point. Maybe quarterly maintenance evaluations can help keep things turnkey for patrons. Specially in the "Gold Level" units.

Not What I expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachers many times over the years, so we have something to compare this unit to. 428 is listed as a Gold unit. I disagree. It should be a silver unit at best. The bathroom seemed smaller than other units. The toilet paper rolls were not easily reachable when on the toilet.The tub had hair in it.There was an odor to the whole unit that smelled like curry or wet dog.The flooring showed wear scratches and chips.The outdoor chairs were not what was pictured and were set too low.The kitchen sink is smaller than what I have in my travel trailer and is of little use. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend the property to a friend but not unit 428.

The only complaint was that the air conditioner in the bedroom did not blow out cold air. We weren't in the room during the day to have someone come in and fix it so we dealt with it.
