Diese Balkonsuite befindet sich in der 3. Etage und bietet einen herrlichen Meerblick. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sowie einen bequemen Stuhl. Es gibt überall Fliesen. Es gibt einen Standard 32 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und viel Platz in den Schubladen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem 4-Flammen-Herd und Backofen, einem Kühlschrank und allen Standard-Kücheneinrichtungen. Das Badezimmer wurde vor einigen Jahren mit neuerer Badewanne und Waschtisch umgebaut. Das private Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen kleinen Deckenventilator und einen Standard-19-Zoll-TV. Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was lacking basic cooking supplies. Not a single baking pan or sheetother than a 5x7,rusty meatloaf pan. No vegetable peeler, no serving dishes no food storage containers. No storage space for clothes (dresser) other than hanging them or folding them and putting them on a shelf. A coffee table would be great. Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean, the beach and the morning sunrises from our private balcony was wonderful. It was very quiet, and the location was a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

St Augustine is awesome

Beacher's Resort is awesome! Things they don't tell you: 1 you can take your dog on the beach right in front of the resort 2 you can drive and park your vehicle on the beach 50 ft from your chairs 3 the beach is closer than it looks in pictures We have been vacationing in Fla for the 25 yrs since we left Sarasota for Tennessee and St Augustine is the best place next to Siesa Beach that we have been to.

Amazing view!

Condo was very comfortable for the night that we stayed. Bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed! The only thing that I noticed missing was a fourth chair for the dining table- we had to pull a chair from the balcony.

Beautiful view!

The unit is small. The view is beautiful. Easy walk from third floor to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wasn’t expecting clean towels on day two. Faucets a little tricky but good hot water. Location away from crowds was good for us. Quite atmosphere. Lots of pets but all well mannered. Nice wide beach area.

It’s ok because it’s right on the beach

I could live with how dated, slightly corroded and not sparkling clean everything was, but the noise from the AC unit next to the bed pretty much killed the buzz. I get it you pay for the location, but if you cannot sleep because of the noise of the AC - it probably doesn't matter. Would be ok for a cheaper property, but not for the rate I paid. So no, I would not recommend it. I only booked it as it was last minute, and we were passing through town. Get your reservations early and for more updated properties.

We're sorry you had such an awful experience with that unit, always feel free to come down to the front office and ask to change units if you find the one that you were booked in unbearable. It is always more difficult in times like February because we are in our peak business season so a lot of the rooms will already be reserved, but it is always worth a try.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs painted, Door going out to balcony was horrible, very hard to open and close. We needed to use pull out couch and the mattress was so old and uncomfortable i had to sleep on top of couch. Door to bedroom would not stay open. I have stayed here a couple times only in a different condo and was very happy. Not worth the price of this condo and owners should be embarrassed and should not charge the price that was charged for there condo. Im not one to complain but really should have.

We're very sorry about the problems with the room, I will have maintenance look into the paint job, the balcony door, and the bedroom door, and will bring up replacing the mattress to the owner of the room. For any future stays we always recommend gold rated rooms above the others just because they are the most recently renovated and have the newest furnishings. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a detailed review, customer input is our best way of discovering issues and having them addressed quickly, so we really do appreciate the detail. We hope you choose to come back and give us another chance in a different room.

It is located on a less populated section of beach overlooking the glorious Atlantic ocean. Our 3rd story condo with a balcony was ideal for just enjoying life at a slower pace. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. The king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen offered most everything needed to put together light meals. Historic St. Augustine is a short drive away if you are looking for great little shops and restaurants and culture galore but our stay was intended to be a short, sweet getaway just to walk the beach and breathe in the cleansing salt air. Beacher’s Lodge definitely delivered. We can’t wait to return!
