Diese Balkonsuite im 2. Stock bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, den blauen Himmel und den weißen Sandstrand. Sie können den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und die Meereswellen von Ihrem Zimmer aus hören. Der Balkon bietet Blick auf den beheizten Pool. Diese kürzlich renovierte Suite verfügt über ein Schlafsofa mit einer Memory-Foam-Matratze, die Komfort für zusätzliche Gäste bietet oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Genießen des großen Flachbildfernsehers im Wohnbereich. Diese Wohnung macht das Essen einfach, mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung, einem Mini-Ofen, Herd Mikrowelle und großen Kühlschrank - alles Komfort von zu Hause. Da sich diese Suite am südlichen Ende der Unterkunft befindet, bietet sie auch bequemen Zugang zum Grillbereich auf dem Grundstück. Dies ist eine der wenigen Einheiten, die durchgehend gekachelt sind. Es gibt ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett im privaten Schlafzimmer und einen zusätzlichen Flachbildfernseher. Das Badezimmer ist vielleicht der beste Teil dieser Wohnung am Strand mit einer Jet-Badewanne / Dusche und einem von hinten beleuchteten Spiegel über dem Waschtisch. Overall a good experience with one flaw.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good. Room was clean and location was great. My only issue was the hot water heater was broke in the room so my family had to take cold showers. I was advised by maintenance I could inquire about changing rooms , but decided not to because we were already settled in. Maintenance also stated that the room was not equipped with a tankless water heater like most other units unless they could have switched out the water heater to fix the problem. I told the office about the issue while checking out and was told sorry, but a partial refund for the inconvenience would’ve went a lot further with my opinion of their customer service.

A quaint but perfectly comfortable place to temporarily leave the cares of this world behind you. A small seaside community, with a few phenomenal restaurants at hand. Waves lapping, birds singing, salt in the air, a comfy spot to relax and best of all, no crowds! Great staff

We had a Great time, ALL employees were friendly and nice and the resort and room Was clean and nice, the only issue we had was the condo was a little small to us and we will probably have to go to a 2 bedroom next time!! But our overall stay was GREAT!!!

The only issue we had was that the AC in the living room wasn't working 100% of the time, but the weather was nice enough that it wasn't a big deal. Great access to the beach and the outdoor seating was comfortable enough to sit outside for hours listening to the waves! Master bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Front desk staff were also super friendly! Would stay again!

The decor hit the right beach vibe tone and helped ease us into a relaxing mindset. It was well stocked and we decided we could easily manage a longer stay. The location was great too. A quick drive to St. Augustine or south towards Flagler Beach. We enjoyed a great meal at JTs Seafood Shack - a quick ride down old A1A in the Palm Coast area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our time at the Beacher's Lodge. The unit was beautifully decorated, and just the size we needed for the two of us. The pictures do make it seem bigger than it actually is - I doubt we would have been comfortable sharing the space with anyone else besides maybe a couple of our grandkids. It was a little out of the way from all the tourist traps, which we liked. We went for a concert at the Amp and our only issue was getting an uber ride but I think that was a combination of sold-out shows and the pandemic.

Valentines Day stay

The view was beautiful, that was pretty much the only great thing. Housekeepers do not dust ANYTHING! In order to open slider there were hard blinds ( patio) covered in some splatter and covered in dust. If we wanted to cook using the cookware you definitely couldn’t since pots and pans were rusty from 1989. Seems like an elderly couples get away. Probably the worst part was getting ready to take a shower, great water pressure however 30 seconds of warm water and the shower turned to freezing. I waited about 25 minutes from when my husband first ran the water and the same thing happened to me. I returned keys to lobby and mentioned to clerk about no hot water and she just kind of seemed like she didn’t care. I could have paid the same price to stay at the brand new Renaissance Hotel down the street with hot water, it we wanted to try out one of the VRBO listings. We definitely won’t stay here again.

This room sits right above the pool on the 2nd story with beach views (as you can see in the photos on the website) need I say more? Perfect for watching the sun rise and sun set! As far as the room, AC definitely works lol! Room stayed nice and chilled for this hot summer weather. Bedroom was comfortable, room was clean. No issues at check in or checkout. We will be back!

Room was super cozy and clean. Only downside was catching looks and side eyes from the “older” residents or guest when my kids used the pool. Love the area - weather was perfect for a great vacation

Reviewer Comments: With respect to the rental experience:1)The description of the apartment was as pictured2)We had issues with the apartment as listed below - AC in the living room froze up and leaked water all over the living room floor - Tried to use the blender and it smoked and failed - In room safe broken and did not work - Remote control batteries dead and in some cases the wrong size crammed into remotes needing to be researched and repaired - Balcony sliding door locking mechanism was broken and would not lockOn the plus side. When I called the front desk for assistance with the AC they did come out and did a temp fix that eventually failed again. It took 2 days to get the in room safe working and we were able to lock up our valuables. The individuals at the front desk were very cordial and friendly and willing to help!Big Negative: The water main to the building burst and we were without water for most of the day till it was repaired - was not good to come back the beach to get ready to shower/dress to go to dinner and and find out theres no water (OOPS)
