Ein 24-Stunden-Walmart ist weniger als eine Meile von unserem Anwesen entfernt - perfekt für spätabendliche und frühmorgendliche Ankünfte.

Unsere Villa befindet sich auf einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz, der für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist (gegen Gebühr). Spielen Sie also ein paar Runden, während Sie die Chance haben!

We didnt have internet for 2 days and a half. We need to spent 10 dollars each (per day) on 3rd party internet, because we needed to work and monitor the babies. Old house, old appliances, pool doesnt heat much. Owner doesnt live in US and the person managing the property, doesnt care to help when we needed. In overall, dont recommend this house

Unfortunately the problem with the internet was out of our control and our management company got somebody out to fix it within 2 days. We were not told that the pool was not warm enough for you and things cannot be rectified unless the management company is notified. No mention is made of us accommodating your additional requests and the management company were not happy with the state you left the villa in. No additional charges was made by us..

We are sorry that the pool was not warm enough and wish that you had contacted our management company to advise them so that it could have been rectified. Our pool pump was found to be leaking and needed replacing which was possibly the reason why the pool was not getting sufficient heat. The pool pump was found to be faulty and immediately replaced..

Lovely Family Vacation

Relax to the max

Excellent way to do Orlando!

The house was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The pool is perfect for the entire family and my teens loved the game room. Daniel and Carol were very easy to work with and I appreciate your dedication to our stay. The golf course behind the house is neat to watch and outside of the house is pristine. The location is prime! When we come back to Orlando, this will be where we stay.

the house was fully equipped, nice swimming pool, but the outside sunbeds were dirty the lock of the master bedroom was broken on arrival, you had difficulty opening the door, but after 1 phone call with the management it was quickly repaired

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in a home away from home. A lot of room for the family to sleep comfortably and have space to spread out. The pool area was nice and loved that it had a covering with table and chairs to sit out if raining. Spent a lot of time in garage playing pool and darts with the kids. We had a good stay. The house had plenty of space. The pool and lani was great for relaxing. It was a little far with traffic from all the cheer activities at ESPN, but over all was as advertised. Could use some baking sheets for cooking, but had plenty of other kitchen stuff.

My family and I loved having our own pool as we stayed at this villa. This is a very spacious villa, reasonably priced, and accurately pictured. My boys enjoyed having their own rooms. The location is perfect if you want to spend a day in busy Orlando. While being located just on the outside of Orlando, inside the villa, it's calm and relaxing. Management was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive when I had questions during our stay.

Thank you for your review. We are unsure what the issues were with the little bed and master bedroom as you never contacted the management company regarding them. We apologise if you had any issues but are unable to fix them if you didn't advise anybody during your stay.

After many enjoyable years holidaying in Florida, our children would forever ask when we'd next be taking them to see Mickey and Minnie mouse!

We decided to take the plunge and purchase a new build property set beautifully on the fabulous Esprit Estate in Davenport. Located a mere 10 minutes drive from Disney yet only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants, we instantly felt at home.

For the years that followed we've been opening up our much loved home to our valuable guests. We'll do everything we can to ensure your family enjoys a comfortable stay.
