Thanks Nicole! We are happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay. When you reached out to me about WiFi issues, I asked you to reset the router and you said that fixed everything. I did not hear anything else from you regarding the WiFi and have not had any other guest in this villa complain of it. If you had told me there was still an issue, we would have happily sent someone to check on it. Please come back again and try one of our eleven villas in the area!

Thanks Jessica! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the villa. The pool heat charge is in the third paragraph of the listing description in all caps, but our descriptions are long so maybe you missed it. Please come back again and try one of our eleven villas in the area!

Thanks Michael! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the villa for the most part. We are sorry to hear of the issues. The AC system in this villa is top of the line and only about a year old. In the past we kept the thermostats locked and guest would have to ask for changes. We have changed this and unlocked them so guests can adjust however they like, but then we had to set a range on the thermostat. All of our villas in Florida were built with a central air return in the main living area. That means that air does not circulate as well if doors are kept closed all the way at night. Our managers have many different cleaners they use and sometimes a new one might miss things until they are properly trained. If you had messaged me about any of these issues, I have gladly had my managers come by and see if they could adjust the AC or reclean any areas missed. We cannot promise that nothing will ever get missed, but we do promise that if we are notified, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please come back and and try one of our eleven villas in the area and we'll make sure we do a better job!
