1 und 1/2 Meilen von Penzance Stadt und 7 Meilen von St. Ives, schöne gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Häuschen auf dem Gelände der Kenegie Manor in Gulval. Umfasst alle elektrischen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Außerdem werden Sie in vollem Umfang nutzen Kenegie Manor Einrichtungen während ihrer Öffnungszeiten (Ostern bis Oktober) haben. Dazu gehören: Innenpool, Taverne, Restaurant, Tennisplätze und eine Sauna. Tolpedn verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, mit 1 Doppelzimmer und 1 Zweibettzimmer, Wohn-und Essbereich. Auch Duschbad. Das ganze Jahr mit Kurzurlaub möglich außer Saison Zeiten.

Great cottage, great location

We couldn't fault the lovely cottage, very well equipt, immaculately clean and lots of treats waiting for us which was such a nice thought, great location to travel to Lands End, St Ives Falmouth etc, nice to be able to use facilities onsite at Kenegie Manor free of charge, great swimming pool!.Thank you Karen for your hospitality

Great little property with all the essentials needed.

A great little property equipped with everything we needed for a stay away from home. We found the property ideally located to explore West Cornwall with places like Lands End, Sennen Cove and St Ives only a short car journey away. Access to a great little heated indoor pool on site along with a Sauna and Jacuzzi to relax in after a long day was ideal. I would definitely return for another trip away.

Convenient location for touring Cornwall.

The cabin was in a great location. Very comfortable. Perfect jump off point for all Cornwall attractions. Kitchen was well equipped and we self catered all breakfasts and dinners for a week. The only negatives was a very small bathroom and didn't realise that access to a washing machine was through the holiday park launderette.

Great stay

It was fabulous. The cottage was perfectly placed for us as we are an older couple. The host was amazing. Really helpful and kind. The place was spotless. Couldn’t find any fault at all. Just loved it.

wonderful little cottage in which to stay. nicely furnished and supplied. impeccably clean. easy arrival and departure. great communications from start to finish with owner. extremely quiet. ideal location-- smack between penzance and st. ives and close to land's end. would definitely stay there again.

Home away from Home

We loved our stay at the property. Karen is a lovely host and the check-in details etc were relayed on time and accurately. She also came mid-week to change the towels too. The property is ideally located near Penzance and not too far (about 20mins) from St. Ive's. The cottage is very well maintained and very pretty. Excellent choice and easily 5 stars.

Cottage in the Country

Quaint little cottage up on the hill overlooking Penzance. We walked from the train station and it took about 20 minutes. The property was clean and tidy. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with appliances and every convenience. Karen provided a lovely cream tea our first morning--so delicious!

Nothing negative. All good.

Everything you need was there and some nice touches. Scones, jam and cream. Bottle of milk in fridge and tea and coffee .

Owner was deceptive

The owner knew well in advance that there was no WIFI in the cottage and failed to inform me. I would have cancelled the booking. I was travelling with my daughter who needed to work online early mornings and again in the evenings so the lack of WIFI in the cottage was not only inconvenient, it spoilt our whole holiday experience in Penzance.

I have apologized for your lack of wifi inside the cottage at the time of your arrival, there was however free wi-fi within the holiday park around the manor house, in the restaurant and bar areas , lounge areas, outside on the patio and in pool areas which was available for your use at all times .However I do hope you enjoyed your stay and the lack of Wifi directly within the cottage didnt stop you enjoying the area in general. Many thank again for leaving the cottage in such a good condition.

A gem in a perfect location

Had a perfect stay at this lovely cottage. Location near Penzance ideal for touring the Southwest + location at Kenegie Manor ideal for spending a couple of quiet days and the possibility of using the amenities the Manor offers. The cottage was immaculate, and Karen offered me a warm welcome (fresh flowers, tea, milk, chocolates, information pack on visiting Cornwall). Equipment was perfect - warm duvets and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep; good quality towels, additional heaters were provided in case the 'normal' heating wasn't enough (I didn't have to use them, as the cottage was warm enough).If this isn't enough, 'small things' like enough toilet paper / kitchen paper + the offer to have more towels if needed show that the owner really cares about the well-being of her guests. Can definitely recommend this cottage, and will come again. Thank you very much, Karen!

tranquil and comfortable

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was well equipped, comfortable and homely with a lot of thoughtful touches incl. delicious scones &cl.cream&jam, made up beds and plenty of towels. After exploring the gorgeous countryside TolPedn was a tranquil and perfect place to return to and relax.

Very pleasant stay in our Cornwall cottage

My husband, sister and a good friend enjoyed our stay at this compact but very pleasant cottage. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. Karen, the host, was extremely communicative and very nice to deal with. The cottage was conveniently located and allowed us to visit several places in Cornwall.

Wonderful place to stay with great Location

A beautiful well kept property for a family of four.Everything you need to start your holiday is supplied is supplied for you.You have your own parking space right by the Bungalow.The Land lady of the Bungalow will reply to your questions in a very timely manner.The location of the park is brilliant for places to visit at the bottom of Cornwall .We enjoyed it there so much we would definitely book again.

Lovely short break

We rented Karen’s cottage for 4 nights so we could revisit some of our favourite places in Cornwall. Karen kept us fully up to date with check in information. We were able to get in at 12 noon which was a bonus. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We had brought cleaning things etc but didn’t need them because they were already supplied. There was even a Cornish cream tea with strawberries left for us along with chocolates, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. What a thoughtful host. Thank you once again.

The property was excellent for a short stay. Perfectly situated to access many beaches and the superstores. Property was very clean and had all the conveniences. Made use of the swimming pool on the site which was an added bonus.

Brilliant time

Karen’s communication is excellent. If you have any issues these are solved in no time at all. The cottage was nice and clean and comfortable. You have everything there you will need for a lovely break . The cottage is nicely tucked away nice and quiet. Thank Karen for looking after us so well.
