Lovely Flat in the 16th Arrondissement

The apartment is located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

Accessible via a staircase, it is part of our home, where we live on site. While considered a guest room, it is entirely dedicated to you: you will enjoy full privacy and all the comforts of a whole apartment, with a living area and complete amenities.

This beautiful listed building was originally an artist’s workshop, built by sculptor Paul Albert Bartholomé in 1900 and converted into a residence in 2014. Overlooking a quiet courtyard, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Modern and thoughtfully decorated, the space includes a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and kettle. The living room is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring classic Parisian parquet floors.

The bedroom is warm and inviting, with a double bed. A sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two additional guests.

The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, and the toilet is separate.

The building is currently undergoing façade renovation, with scaffolding installed on the exterior. The works are expected to last approximately 30–40 days, and some temporary disturbance may occur during this period.

All bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided.

The entire accommodation is accessible to travelers.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

Formerly a lumberjacks' village full of tranquil charm, The 16ème arrondissement kept its old-fashioned atmosphere with its picturesque and leafy Rue Berton, its previous residents have now made way for mansions, fashion boutiques and other luxury stores that line its streets, while the most famous labels line Passy's famous shopping street.

Yet the Passy district, accessible via the Metro station of the same name, also includes Balzac's house on Rue Raynouard. As the former home of the famous writer, who lived there from 1840 to 1847, it is now a listed Historic Monument and houses a museum dedicated to Honoré de Balzac, with displays of manuscripts, handwritten letters and rare editions. A little further along on Square Charles Dickens stands the Wine Museum, based in magnificent vaulted cellars built in the 15th century.

With its rich collection of over 2,000 objects, it tells the story of wine and winemaking through the ages. The Passy district also boasts a beautifully preserved covered market, where the stalls selling fruit and vegetables, delicatessen products, cheese, fish and other fresh produce will delight food-lovers and sophisticated gourmets!

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
