The apartment includes one bedroom, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and tranquillity. The double bed (140 × 200) is prepared with hotel-quality bed linen.

The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. It is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
