We regret that the unit was not quite to your liking. Unfortunately, our records do not indicate where you once called in about any of the issues you have mentioned during your stay. It was not until about 4 days after checking out that you called in to make us aware of these, and we immediately passed the information on to the relevant persons to address same. Most of our units are typically equipped with both an iron and an ironing board. We appreciate you reaching out, as it allowed us to assist you. We have noted that the replacement iron we delivered was faulty and have contacted the team to ensure a proper replacement is provided. Your suggestions regarding the ceiling fan installation in the living room and master bedroom, as well as the feedback on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and refrigerator, have been taken into account. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dull knives and will work on replacing or sharpening them. We also appreciate your suggestion for blackout curtains in the smaller bedroom, as your comfort is our priority. Please note that we are open every day from 8:30 am- 5 pm, as such someone would definitely be there to assist. We also have our After-Hours answering service as such if you had any emergencies you could contact us and an agent would be there to assist. Please note that the pool access requires a code as such it would not be unlocked. We do apologize for letting you down in the areas of property condition, we however do not have any complaints from you through text, phone call, or email regarding the cleanliness of the property. We are always here to assist as such if the issues in this review were brought to our attention we would have sent out a team immediately to address the issues. Despite the fact that you have only highlighted them in this review, we thank you for bringing them to our attention as this will help us to improve the property. Your request for the hair dryer was sent via our text line after 5 pm, the day before checking out as such our agents would not see this request until the following day. We responded immediately asking if you wanted one to be delivered and you responded indicating that you had already checked out. Always remember; we are here to help! This request would have definitely been honored if it had been made in a timely manner. All your comments have been taken into account and we will do our best to provide a better beach vacation for all moving forward.
