Unit 208 at One Seagrove Place, a beautiful second-floor Gulf-front retreat that was completely renovated in 2016 and refreshed with new paint and bedroom carpeting in 2021. This end unit, overlooking the pool, combines comfort and convenience for a relaxing beachfront getaway.



As a second-floor end unit, Unit 208 is easily accessible via the stairs, making it a breeze to bring in groceries or beach gear. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished living area with a 50-inch 4K TV and DVD player. The master and guest bedrooms are each equipped with 32-inch TVs, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the guest room has two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for up to 6 guests.

Family Beach stay

The location was excellent. Very close to food and stores. The view of the beach was amazing. The pool was heated and nice. The building was in really good condition and the condo was in excellent condition.

Perfect location

loved 2nd floor location enabling us to just use stairs rather than wait for elevator. Also the unit is at the end of the building so no one is walking by.

Amazing Condo on the beach in 30a

This condo was better than expected. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s difficult to find a condo on the beach in 30a. The second floor was perfect where you could go down the stairs and not wait for the elevator. Also the views from the balcony felt private with the greenery covering the tourist. It felt like we were in paradise. The condo was well stocked and furnished beautifully. It was a perfect vacation getaway. I’d give this place 10 out of 5 stars. The host and management crew were the easiest to work with. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great location, nice condo on the beach.

Easy walk to the beach from second floor down one flight of stairs, next to pool. No major complaints...A little pool noise from time to time as expected. A couple of Palmeto bugs during the 4 day stay, could use some treatment inside and around the building grounds. Master bath light/fan went out initially. Figured out the GFCI breaker is only on the other bathroom outlet, both on same circuit. Reset and problem solved. Master king size bed very comfortable. Overall a fantastic location with everthing you need and close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
