Beautiful property and location. Everything was great about our stay. Our only problem was that the gate did not have our information when we arrived, but once we arrived at the condo we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Another wonderful week at Abbey Springs

We returned to Sail Away at Abbey Springs for the second time this summer, and as expected, we had an amazing week. The condo is great, and the resort is quintessential Wisconsin. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful week at Sail Away

We (2 adults, 2 children ages 5 and 7) stayed at Sail Away at Abbey Springs during a week in June 2025, and we had an amazing time. The cabin was very well appointed, the location of it in the resort is excellent, and the golf cart was a blast to use to explore the expansive property. Would highly recommend staying at Sail Away if you're looking to spend time in the Lake Geneva / Williams Bay / Fontana area.

Family fun!!

Condo is great and amenities at Abbey Springs was perfect for a relaxing and fun get away for my family! We went in July Monday - Wednesday. Will definitely come back!

The property was smaller then I expected. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a king bed and the 2nd has 2 twin beds and a loft with a queen. There is a bathroom on the lower level with a washer and dryer. The main floor host the second bathroom. The space offers 2 fireplaces. Unfortunately there were signs that we could not use them, which was disappointing. The golf cart was a fun addition. We ate at the yacht club which was enjoyable and offered a beautiful view.

Fab 5 fall trip

Everything was great. A few issues: 1- could not get vertical blinds to swing open 2- wood panel above microwave fell off the wall- came close to injuring someone standing at the stove- left it on the counter

Girls trip to Lake Geneva

Our stay was enjoyable but this unit needed a bit of an overall cleaning & small repairs coffee maker didn’t works dining room chair legs were ‘wiggly’ & seat cushions stained…upstairs outlet next to bed was 1/2 way out of the wall so unasable & upper deck screen hard to open—

There are two coffee makers, hopefully you still had some during your stay. As mentioned above our team is always available to drop a new one off. This VRBO was a little tired. It really needs some TLC. The pictures are a little misleading especially the bedrooms, since the twin beds and the second queen are above each other with a spiral staircase.The garage was very musty and golf cart is vintage. A little welcome gift (most places have) would make you feel appreciated. Overall it worked and was clean but not really what was expected.

We will be adding a note that the lofted bedroom is located above the spiral staircase in the twin bedroom to make this clearer for future guests. Regarding the golf cart, it is vintage but fully functional. We appreciate your feedback about the garage and will look into how we can address any concerns. Not Fun

When we arrived the outside areas had not been cleaned in who knows how long—complete mess. The property should inform people that extensive steps are involved in getting luggage to sleeping areas. The ice maker did not work. The coffee maker took the better part of one hour to make 12 cups of coffee.

Hi Sandra, Since Abbey Springs is a heavily wooded area it is difficult to keep outdoor decks completely clear, especially after a storm. We did send a member of our team over to remedy ASAP. We wish you had informed us about any additional inconveniences so we could have addressed them during your stay. We will make sure to investigate both. Fantastic place!

My family and I use this rental is a getaway and could not ask for more. Incredible amenities including lake in pool access. Nice brand new kitchen with a fun deck to cookout on.
