Amazing recently updated 3 bed/2 bath A-frame home in Abbey Springs Community with open format and brand new custom-designed kitchen. An abundance of natural light shines in from the wall of windows leading to oversized wraparound deck. Relax by the stone surrounded wood-burning fireplace or gather around for a movie on the large smart TV. Ready to get outside? Take a dip in the private, on-site hot tub and enjoy the outdoors! Abbey Springs is an 18 hole golf course community with loads of amenities and 24 security. We offer a golf cart (May - September) for you to cruise around and explore the many options including; indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, beautiful 18-hole golf course (green fees not included), 3 on-site restaurants, beach, basketball courts, playground, Pickleball, etc. Come enjoy every season and all things Geneva Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was great and having access to the golf cart to get around was fun. We also appreciated the ease of accessing club amenities such as the fitness center. The owner was very responsive to the questions I had.

In general the property was nice and visually appealing! Cleaning needs to be done better! Below are the examples of the issues we faced in terms of cleaning! - hot tub should not be used, full of mildew and posses a safety concern. Needs to be deep cleaned if offered!- dishes were not fully clean when we arrived - some towels were dirty Other issues we experienced, dryer closest to steps does not work (no heat)! In one of the bathrooms a towel rack is not securely in the wall.

Wonderful Family Stay

This is our second time staying at the home, and we had a wonderful time again. The home is very clean, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is wonderful. You can use the golf cart to use the resort pool, beach, arcade, and restaurants. The home is also conveniently located to go to the Fontana Beach as well as Lake Geneva’s downtown area. We already cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Cozy Lake getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The house had a nice cozy cabin five but modern and clean as well. We loved having access to the resort amenities as well.Highly recommend this location to anybody who wants a getaway by the lake.

Excellent family rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring all that Lake Geneva has to offer. The Abbey Springs staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The house had everything we needed including some toys and games for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Outstanding

I’ve stayed in short term rentals all over the world and this was one of the best. If you have children, this place is a no brainer. They had everything needed to help our 2 year olds adjust seamlessly. The amenities were awesome and the house was clean and well designed. We hope to stay again soon!

Fabulous stay!

My family along with my sister and her family stayed at the Modern A Frame in Lake Geneva and loved our getaway. The house was in a perfect location! We were so close to the lake, restaurants, and boat rental. The resort had a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a great restaurant. The house was meticulous and perfect for a family. There were toys, enough towels, and great small touches like cell phone chargers, and water filter. We will for sure be back!

Great location

There were six of us including a 5 and 3 year old. Lots of toys and games for them. We utilized the hot tub. This house has been totally re-done and updated. Loved the close location to the indoor pool and restaurant and we also used the beach. Lake Geneva is a special place to relax or be busy if desired.

As a kid, my family moved frequently...city to city and state to state, a major contributor to my knack for real estate. I really enjoy creating spaces that make for people getting together and making memories. In my spare time I love to travel and spend as much time as I can with my wife and two kids.

My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Southern Wisconsin. We loved the Geneva Lake area and decided to stay at a small condo in Abbey Springs. We loved the area, proximity to Chicago and all of the amenities that Abbey Springs offered. We fell in love with it and knew it would be a fantastic place to bring our kids and have our own little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Who doesn't love a traditional A-frame home? We feel this is your chalet style getaway with an amazing stone fireplace that provides all of the comforts in any season. We love the wrap-around deck, the location within Abbey Springs and the hot tub is always a hit. Abbey Springs provides a tremendous amount of amenities (golf, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, beach, indoor/outdoor pool, restaurants, and much more). Having access to a golf cart to get around the community is the icing on the cake.
