Step inside The Family Clubhouse and you’re welcomed by a bright, comfortable living space designed for gathering together. Sliding glass doors flood the living room with natural light, highlighting the inviting wraparound couch that’s perfect for movie nights on the smart TV or simply relaxing after a day at the lake. Just steps away, the dining table for eight creates the ideal setting for family dinners and lively conversations. The kitchen blends style and function with rich green cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four, while the on-demand single-cup coffee maker or traditional drip coffee pot makes mornings effortless.



When it’s time to unwind outdoors, step onto the private deck where comfortable seating invites you to slow down and savor the peaceful surroundings. Fire up the grill for an easy summer cookout, sip coffee in the morning sun, or enjoy a relaxed evening meal under the open sky. With its inviting gathering spaces and access to one of the Lake Geneva area’s most amenity-filled communities, The Family Clubhouse at Abbey Springs is the perfect home base for a memorable lakeside getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 (the loft) includes 3 twin size beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.

• There is a 30A plug by the air conditioner that can be used to charge an EV, as long as you bring a travel charger that fits your car.

• Please note that a golf cart is not included with this home, and the Abbey Springs community does not permit rental golf carts.

• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• There are two security cameras located near the corner of the lower deck and actively monitoring a portion of the deck and main entry and located near the corner of the lower deck and actively monitoring a portion of the deck on the side of the condo.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
