Fabulous Location

The flat was perfect for my stay in Lyon. The location was close to everything including the metro. Everything you could need for a short stay was available in the flat, and the communication from GuestReady was excellent. If you’re staying in Lyon I would highly reccomend staying here.

Perfect The location is really remarkable. It's exactly what we were looking for: a short walk from the metro and a café that serves excellent lattes to start the day's sightseeing! The photos are true to life and everything is clear and well explained. We didn't find anything. The flat was ideal for what we wanted: two people who wanted a bed and a bathroom in the very centre of Lyon, a few steps from the metro.

Simple apartment but very good location : Apartment with very good location, right in the centre. Fairly simply furnished but fine for city break. You couldn't stand up on the upper level so you had to kinda shuffle/crawl to the top of the stairs. Couldn't find any heating which wasn't ideal as it was getting cold in lyon.

Appartement très bien situé mais....

L'appartement est situé à proximité des commerces, restos, à 10 minutes à pied du quartier St Jean. Il est calme car ne donne pas sur la rue. Cependant propreté limite à mon arrivée : miettes sur le canapé, coins de la pièce principale pas propres. Odeur permanente dans l'appart désagréable. La cafetière à dosettes ne fonctionnait pas : dosettes fournies inadaptées ? Si vous avez des problèmes de dos, évitez car la mezzanine n'est accessible qu'à 4 pattes et le couchage est un matelas posé au sol. Tous les mails du gestionnaire, instructions d'arrivée, etc sont en anglais. Système de lockbox pour récupérer les clés, difficile à ouvrir et chiffres pour faire le code non visibles surtout le soir. Numéro de téléphone en cas de problème communiqué par le gestionnaire = un répondeur en anglais... Inopérant donc si vous n'arrivez pas à récupérer les clés...

A savoir que toutes les infos et instructions sont en anglais. Un numéro d'urgence est fourni mais c'est un répondeur en anglais... Jamais reçu le mail m'indiquant les consignes et code pour mon arrivée ( reçu suite à mon appel à la conciergerie interlocuteur très compréhensif ) Le lit en mezzanine se résume à un matelas, certes confortable mais posé à même le sol. Pas de bol ou mug pour prendre un thé ( que des verres ou petites tasses à café) Sol à peine propre ( plusieurs petits morceaux de câbles électriques se trouvaient sur le tapis qui n'avait pas du croiser l'aspirateur...) Pas de papier toilette en réserve et seulement quelques feuilles sur le rouleau présent !!!! C'est dommage, la localisation est parfaite.
