The loft is a 95m2 (about 1000 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a large living room with sofa, TV (cable + Netflix) and a dining space. It has an open kitchen with all equipments and 4 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with toilets (one is separate).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ...).

Bedroom 2 : Double bed (160x200), a private bathroom with toilets, and a window on the patio outside.

Curtains are almost everywhere to bring darkness by night and privacy. The loft is at the ground floor in a courtyard of a nice typical Parisian building. It is very quiet.

Perfect family location!

The apartment was a great spot for our family of 5 with teens/young adults. We had enough space to spread out. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be a few more fans for the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Real Parisian Experience

This was an amazing place to stay nestled close to the local market, shops, cafes and restaurants and the metro. The facilities were adequate and provided a quiet sanctuary to relax after a day exploring. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and immerse yourself in the lifestyle. Fantastic apartment exactly as pictures described! Perfect neighborhood location, where we could run into the market for quick supplies. We will definitely stay here again when we return and have a longer time to stay. It was perfect for our family of 6 and super easy to check in & out for our quick trip. Beautiful place at a great price.

The property manager was easy to deal with and he got right back to me when a slight issue came up and he was attentive. The apartment was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was great with lots to do. It was also very close to the train station, easy to get an Uber or taxi as well to get to attractions. Overall wonderful place to stay and very affordable. I would recommend especially for families.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. The apartment itself is very quiet and comfortable, with large spacious rooms. We very much enjoyed the location. We were surrounded by everyday Parisians but could easily make our way to all the sites a tourist could wish to access. The area is full of restaurants and food stores so finding food was simple. Best of all, there was a fantastic market down the street.

Paris week

Great location, close to train/métro/buses, steps from great farmers market 6 days a week. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance to get anything you may need and lots of bakeries near by with delicious baguettes and other goodies. Very quiet area. Great spot for getting around enjoying the city and resting when you choose to do so. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

great neighborhood, restaurants, supermarket train stations, everything within walking distance. House was as is in the pics but could’ve been a little cleaner. Lots of dusts, the terrace/patio also covered with green mildew. I definitely recommend the neighborhood it is nice, and diverse.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood!

This apartment worked so well for our two families! It is so close to many eateries, bakeries, bars, and the train station. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night. The farmer’s market in the neighborhood square was a 2 minute walk from the apartment! While a bit far from most of the Paris tourist attractions, we quickly learned to use the metro network and easily got everywhere we needed to go including Versailles and CDG. It was actually nice to be on the outskirts of tourist town and mingle with locals! The apartment was well stocked and sleeping arrangements were well suited for 8 people. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic property that has plenty of room for a family! It was very clean and located in a fabulous, non touristy area of Paris only a few minutes walk from Gare de Lyon Metro station. There are plenty of groceries nearby and even a local market just steps form the door to the left on Saturday mornings. The washer and dryer worked great (after we figured out you have to empty the water tank in the dryer) and all the conveniences like coffee maker and tableware were taken care of. The host was excellent and responded very timely to the few questions I had before arrival. The check-in process was clearly communicated and I felt very safe and secure while staying here.

Great place to stay

It was a perfect apt. to stay in in Paris for my friends and I. Close to transportation and had a great neighborhood feel. It was very easy to figure out getting around using the Metro or buses. Highly recommend restaurant a few doors down Nous 4. Food was wonderful and service exceptional. Miss our morning croissant at local bakery. Last day bought bread, ham and beignets for our train ride. Florian answered any questions promptly. I found everyone in Paris friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time. Only issue we had with the apartment was the slipper shower. Use caution, so you don’t slip.

Great flat but had a problem changing reservations.

We really enjoyed the property and its in a good location. We changed the stay from 3 night to 2 with the property manger's permission as we could not get a train back from Lille (Rugby Game) the third night. He could not change it on his end so I cancelled the booking and rebooked. Of course the price had changed from my original booking and he refunded the difference as per his advice. He did not refund the extra day plus I was charged a wire transfer fee from the refund. I could have done nothing and not been out any money and the hassle of changing all of that.
